The good: — Beautiful grounds, two infinity pools that never felt crowded, full pool service (waters, towels, food & drink served at your chaise). — Clean and well thought out room with a spectacular view, serviced twice a day and AC worked very well. Thoughtful touches in the evening. — Golf buggy service to neighboring bars / restaurants. The not so good: —- Breakfast each day was an adventure and not in a good way. On the first morning, our food arrived before our coffees. On the second morning we waited a full 15 minutes before our order was even taken. On the last morning, I ordered “Pancakes & Caramel” with a side of bacon. The bacon and pancakes arrived, but no caramel and when I asked about it, it took a full 15 minutes before a tiny cup of nearly hard caramel showed up. I would have rather they told me that it no longer came with caramel. — The bar on our last night said they were closing an hour early, yet after they were supposedly closed, two other parties showed up and were served drinks. It was these kind of things that separate different types of hotels. The breakfast was tasty, but at $45 pp avg, the service should match and it didn’t.

Great staff that will make your stay much richer. The service is impeccable. The hotel has the right team that is over-willing to make your stay memorable.

Anguilla is one of the most beautiful islands in the world. The Malliouhana Resort is an exquisite hotel that is both gracious in size and at the same time quite intimate. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. The resort manages to be both luxurious and unpretentious. Our room was spectacular and the ocean view took our breath away every single time we looked at it. We were there for five nights, which was both perfect, and too short. Utterly romantic. My husband and I enjoyed drifting from place to place, a drink here, churros over here, live music over there, snorkeling just here, and a catamaran just there. We tend to seek new experiences when we travel, but this is one place that will be calling us back for sure.

Magnificient place, staff, beach all perfect. We will be back in the future. 10 days was just too short. I cannot recommend enough.

The service, the room, the pool, the beach. Wow! Just loved it!! We visited both the Belmond and FS during our stay and agreed Malliouhana’s charm and service just takes the cake! The only thing I would note is that the flies at Celeste at night for dinner were just horrible, and dinner there was just so so. Breakfast and food at bar solei, Leon’s and the pool were just wonderful. Turn down service is great.
