The Springs Resort & Spa at Arenal

Everything about this resort was perfect! Amazing views, great food, excellent customer service!!! The excursions were amazing each morning and then being able to come back and relax at the pool bar and springs while enjoying the breathtaking view of Arenal Volcano was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! Can’t recommend it enough!!

The moment we arrived, I had a feeling it would be hard to leave, and I was right. What a magical, beautiful place! The grounds are beautiful and immaculate, the rooms were amazing, every single staff member was very friendly and helpful (shout out to Fernando, who was particularly friendly, cheerful, and went the extra mile to help). Our room had a pull-out soft which we needed to fit our family and we were fine with that. But imagine our surprise when 2 staff members came in, pulled out the sofabed, removed the thin (typical of a pull-out sofa) mattress and replaced it with a full-sized, super comfortable mattress. This is typical of the type of unexpected, thoughtful service provided here. I want to go back!

I’m what my family calls a “high maintenance” traveler. The Springs staff came within minutes when I called them for every little thing. Truly impressive. Not too crowded. Good food and lovely hot springs. So much to do! Loved horseback riding and the nighttime adventure tour!

We stayed here at The Spring resort and spa in La Fortuna for 7 nights. My family and I enjoyed the facilities and the staff very much. Esteban Vargas was absolutely a stand out employee. Mikael (restaurant sommelier and waiter) was also outstanding. Jose(Gato), Joe, Byron, Xinia were top notch too! The only negative of the trip was the constant rain / thunderstorm which dampened our trip. Thank you for a relaxing stay. Pura Vida!

What a special place… First of all, the staff is beyond accommodating and super kind, starting with the bell man, Bayron. From the very first tour of the property to all of the hello’s and how are you’s throughout our stay, Bayron the man and provided top notch service. On top of Bayron and the incredible staff, it is such a beautiful resort with so much fun to be had on property. Absolutely recommend a stay here and I cannot wait to be back one day.
