Oh my….best experience EVER!! From the moment of arrival, and Joe’s greeting, to the very last few seconds of the trip this resort did not disappoint! The spa ladies continued to pamper us long after our initial massage. Their delicious mint ginger pineapple tea continued to arrive whenever and wherever we sat down. Louis’s night time jungle walk was an unexpected delight. Nano’s horseback ride was personalized and fun. I can’t’ wait until I can return!!!!

The Springs is an experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like special guests. The attention to detail was impressive. We started our time here with a 3 hour spa experience that set the tone for the remainder of our trip. In fact the spa staff brought us their amazing pineapple, mint, and ginger tea each day without us asking whether we were relaxing in the main lodge or at the end of a meal. It felt like all the staff knew our names and all were extremely helpful, especially Joe. Request Nona to take you out horseback riding and Luis as your Night Walk guide. Zero complaints. We will be back for sure!

This resort has the most stunning views of Arenal volcano. I could just look at it all day long while soaking in a hot spring. The staff is amazing as well, quite impressive how they remember everyone’s name. The staff is very attentive and positive which is comforting. The grounds are impeccably kept and the springs are incorporated into the resort in the most natural settings. The resort includes river front property called Club Rio was a blast, we did the white water tubing and ATV farm adventure plus tour, both started at the resort. My only gripe is the cost for drinks, most in the low $20’s, we live in NJ / NYC and this price is high for even us. However because of this we ended up drinking a lot less, which is probably a good thing. We stayed in the Vista grande guest room. This room had the most stunning views of the volcano, the room was quite large with a great balcony with two rocking chairs, a table and chairs and hammock. For me the bed was way too hard, but my wife and other ladies in our party slept very well. We loved walking around the resort enjoying all the Natural sounds of birds and things while enjoying the incredible landscaping. We can’t say enough about the Hot Springs. They are just absolutely incredible so many places to just plop in and relax and most with incredible views of the volcano. The restaurants were very good but nothing extraordinary though. My best entrée was a sirloin steak at Tres Cascades. Bottom line, this was an amazing resort with an amazing staff, incredible views, clean safe and extremely relaxing. The resort is quite large in size so expect to walk a lot, we walked approximately 10,000 steps per day fortunately for us this is no problem.

This resort was perfect although we went as couples and good friends I look forward to taking my children with my grandchildren to visit The Springs Resort. Customer service is exceptional Food was delicious And the grounds are just magnificent so much to do for everyone Thank you for a wonderful vacation

What an extraordinary place to be and stay! Everything is thought of to the slightest detail. The place is so stunning, the views breathtaking and staff super friendly. Melvin waited on us every dinner and he was funny and so 'simpatico'. Tony was just starting and did a fabulous job too. Rusveld was very welcoming on our arrival and caring as we left. We actually came back a night early from our previous destination to spend an extra last night again at the Resort because it had been so wonderful upon arrival the week before. And as we came back Rusveld had upgraded our room form us! We felt privileged and appreciated. I hope we made staff feel the same way too. Honestly the staff made this experience even more special. The kids had a blast in all the pools and the gaming room. Our stay was worth every penny as well as the trip from Europe (Belgium) quite frankly. We have incredible memories to bring home from spectacular Costa Rica and this is certainly one of our highlights. So, as you can guess .. highly recommended.
