Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort Aruba

An adult resort, relaxing environment, highly professional staff, exceptionally clean and beautiful resort that never felt crowded. A true Five Star experience.

After a very long year my son (quiet, studious 21 year old) and I decided to take a vacation in Aruba. We wanted to go somewhere quiet, where we could hear the ocean and not feel like we were on top of other people. Bucuti and Tara Beach Resort completely delivered everything we wanted. A few reviews said it might be too romantic for a mother and son but we felt completely comfortable (although would love to go back with my partner. We stayed in ocean view Tara room with 2 queen beds. The room was super clean, the sheets were soft and the beds comfortable. Everyone was beyond accommodating and very friendly. The view was perfect and the balcony came with a drying rack for our swim suits. We had a full kitchen which we never used because a full breakfast (buffet) egg station and ability to order off of menu was included in our stay . The breakfast was really good and kept us full until dinner. Eagle Beach where the property sits was beautiful and open, the beach chair and umbrella reservation system was very easy and even though the front row chairs go quickly we were able to see the beach from every chair and we never felt overcrowded and the calm quiet was perfect as was the water. The loungers were very comfortable and every hour someone came by with either cool cloth, fresh fruit or smoothie. The concierge team had endless patience with my millions of questions and were very helpful Cab rides were easy to other restaurants. The beach location was perfect, my son appreciated the wifi on the beach. There are noodles and rafts at the pool that you can use in the ocean. Its cashless so bring cash for tips the staff are amazing so they most definitely deserve it. Its not over the top luxury like the Ritz in Grand Cayman but we loved it and can understand why people are repeat customers. The only negative was the hair dryer so bring your own.

Our second visit to this gem of a property exceeded every expectation, again. This resort, with its incredible service, friendly staff and exceptional beach has thought of every comfort you could desire while away on vacation. Come see for yourself what you’ve been missing.

We wanted to have drink in the morning but we were totally ignored. There were at least 10 men staff present who could have served us, but decided not to. So we left

This was my 5th visit to this resort in 3 years. Every aspect of the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. The staff and beach are first class. The restaurant gets better every time. The rooms are due for a refresh, but that is planned to be done by the end of this year.
