Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort Aruba

We have bee to several Caribbean resorts and none compared to the Bucuti and Tara. The service, suites, food, and the location on directly on Eagle Beach was fantastic. We highly recommend a stays with this world class resort. The residents call Aruba the happy island. It truly is!

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at and this was our third year in a row. Even when we picked up a virus the hotel did everything they could to take care of us.

Bucuti was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The laid back luxury was wonderful without being stuffy or uncomfortable and the adult's only/ couples atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary trip

It was exceptional in most ways. Jhon was an amazing concierge and did wayyyy over and above to make our stay perfect, from the long room requests, extra pillows, Quiet room, extra fan etc. He also assisted us with reserving beach chairs as it is a “ unique “ system they use ( I don’t really care for it, 5:00 pm dial in all up for grabs.. and front rows disappear in 2 seconds) ….So you can come down the next day at anytime and your chair’s there for you. The benefit is you don’t have to get down there very early AM to get a good spot.. the beach is clean, no bugs or mosquitoes!! Great sand and views….however resorts on either side are family friendly so even though Bucuti is very Quiet, the others are right next to you on the beach with kids . The ocean view rooms are unbelievable.. the ocean is an a gorgeous teal and blue.. They come multiple times to refresh your room and it’s Quiet and cold with a large fan over the bed. Wish we had known it is a cashless resort! There is an ATM nearby, didn’t bring a debit card.. will do next time.. most Taxis are also cash, and up charge for credit card taxis. Went on in a snorkeling trip booked by Bucuti.. Vito was the guide and he was great, showed us a unique flying fish! Unfortunately Aruba does not have reef like Bonaire or Curaçao , just small coral mounds , but the fish were gorgeous. The food is pricey and add taxis costs so plan on paying for this, and most casual places we tried were not even average.. Opus was really exceptional for Lobster, but plan to pay upscale prices. Everyone was so friendly , we cannot say enough fabulous things about Bucuti Tara..

Beautiful property and accommodations. Terra restaurant and bar is exceptional—food, drinks and service. Management needs to keep customers at the beach umbrellas from being too demanding of the staff. This results in other customers not receiving the high quality of service they are accustomed to.
