Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort Aruba

Disappointing experience so far. On the first day of arrival, the extractor fan in the toilet wasn’t working, and now the TV apps don’t work either. In a villa/island stay with two large TVs, being able to relax in the evening and watch something is a pretty basic expectation. After being out all day, you just want to switch off and unwind. It’s also quite misleading, as the property is advertised on Google as having smart TVs, yet the apps don’t function properly. I really wouldn’t expect these kinds of issues from a 5-star property.

Bucuti & Tara is wonderful! Best beach in Aruba and a great, relaxing experience. The staff is professional and helpful without being overbearing. They go out of their way to please. And they focus on being eco-friendly. Very comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas and well-spaced to give you privacy.

Bucuti & Tara has a well deserved reputation. The staff make a great effort to make you feel pampered and bring fun to every interaction. The service is great and the concierge helped handle most aspects of our stay including expeditions around Aruba. The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet; unlike the high rise hotel part of the island. The adults-only aspect means a more relaxing stay, ideal for couples or honeymooners. The beach is perfectly situated to catch beautiful sunsets, and its probably the widest and most spacious beach in all of Aruba. Check it on satelite view! The resturants were great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Terra has a very impressive space and service and spectacular food and cocktails. Bucuti and Tara are very clear on their website what they are not, which I appreciate. They don't necessarily cater to everyone, but if you are looking for a relaxing place where you are waited on with the best beach then Bucuti is ideal.

This has been our 5th visit to Bucuti & Tara. The resort and staff continue to impress us during every visit. The level of detail applied to cleanliness, staffing, meals and their beach location has convinced us to be repeat customers. We are looking forward to our return in April 2027.

Nice resort . The rooms are a bit dated however they’re doing renovations later on this year . Loved the fact this was an adult only resort it was very peaceful. The shower pressure was very low. The lunch menu wasn’t bad just wished they would rotate the menu and offer more selection like, Chicken wings and maybe Nachos and cheese etc . Overall the staff was pretty friendly and helpful.
