Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort Aruba

Wonderful experience here! The best beach we have been to. Wide, deep, clear water. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great food, very nice rooms. We loved the “what we are not” section of their website - very accurate and perfect for us.

This was our 50th wedding anniversary trip. Bucuti & Tara resort is a beautiful property and the service was beyond expectations.

Our stay here was easily the most relaxing and memorable experience my husband and I have enjoyed in years. The serene atmosphere is truly second to none. The level of service—from check-in to departure—is outstanding, with every detail handled seamlessly. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway, and we cannot wait to return.

Wow, what a stay! This is easily my favourite Caribbean island and hotel. The service is genuinely 10/10, and the whole place has such a calm, zen atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the place to come. The hotel itself is fantastic. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and anything else is only around a $15 Uber away. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to recommend places to eat or things to do. There are so many thoughtful touches too. The beach flag system to call a server is brilliant—you don’t have to spend ages trying to find someone. I also loved the app for reserving your sunbeds for the next day instead of having to get up early to claim one. The front row does book up quickly, but honestly it doesn’t matter. The loungers are so well spaced out that it never feels crowded, and you still get an uninterrupted view of the beach. Breakfast being included is another big plus. It has all the usual breakfast favourites, but the omelette station was particularly good. Throughout the day the staff also come around the beach with little extras like smoothie shots and small snacks, which is a lovely touch. The VIP Spanish Lagoon boat trip is absolutely worth doing. The open bar, great crew and variety of activities made it a really fun day. The only slight disappointment was the snorkelling, which was a little underwhelming. Finally, a special shout out to Ri-Anne, who was a fantastic server.

My wife and I have made 50 or more visits to islands in the Caribbean over the years. Bucuti is a standout above and beyond anything else. The intimate feel for couples with staff that has become family keep us coming back. The addition of Terra for fine dining was amazing! I highly recommend trying to chef's menu with wine pairing, but a la carte seemed awesome as well. Thank you for making our 16th anniversary special like you have for the 15 before it. We've never celebrating the day anywhere else.
