Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious and the tea menu was fantastic. We enjoyed some different teas that we wouldn't have tasted anywhere else. What makes the experience great is the staff though. They are all friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a valued guest. We had a little walk through the gardens and obviously everything is rather dry at the moment, they are still enjoyable and pretty.

Set in 240 rolling acres with a profusion of wild birds, four restaurants and the chance to take long walks, swim or ride bikes, even watch a polo match make this hotel unique. We watched a match one morning and tried the more casual restaurant during our two night stay where, having left England many years ago I could not resist the most English dish on the menu, the finest plate of fish and chips ever and two glasses of English wine. My wife took the sea bass and we enjoyed a long walk after dinner. It made for a lovely evening..

Coworth park was an absolutely amazing experience. The most wonderful staff ,service and a truly beautiful place .Our accommodation in the Cottages was divine .We absolutely adored every second of our stay and a particular thanks to Kate at reception, for all her support and wonderful hospitality. All the staff were exceptional, the manager at breakfast in Woven ,a Portuguese native was another outstanding member of staff ,great Craic and went above and beyond as Kate did . Coworth is a gluten free paradise ,as a Coeliac I could not have been happier ,with the offering of beautiful gluten free pastries at breakfast and dinner at the Barn was such an amazing experience..The chefs fiancée is Coeliac and WOW did he cater well for Coeliacs . Had the most amazing deep fried monkfish in gluten free batter .The staff and service at the Barn were also exceptional.I would strongly recommend a visit to Coworth park .Sipping rosé in the beautiful garden was another highlight, as was the lovely treat of watching a Polo game on site .It was an absolute 5 star experience from start to finish ,I literally could not compliment Coworth park enough!!!!

Really sad such a lovely hotel but consistently poor service - her name was cassie brown very strange laughing at other guests when their back was turned. Gloating about salary and her own holidays. Never seen anything like it. Shame the rest of the staff were sweet and seemed to find it awkward even overheard some of her colleagues complaining about her. Have been before coworth and you’ve obviously let your standards slip

We visited Coworth for a double celebration - my ‘big’ birthday and our significant wedding anniversary. The hotel rooms are extremely comfortable and well thought-out. We appreciated our upgrade to the mansion building, as we found the stable room (which we started out in) to be rather noisy and overlooked. The mansion room had a glorious view of an ancient cedar tree. The hotel provided lots of lovely celebratory treats in our room including bubbly and balloons. What a wonderful surprise. We found the reception staff and porters to be very helpful. The spa was clean and peaceful with outdoor loungers where you could relax amidst lavender bushes. There was no jacuzzi but the steam room was great. The grounds, especially on a warm summers’ evening, were magical to stroll around. All that let down our stay was our experience at the Barn. We went there for both our evening meal and breakfast. Both times they got my order wrong. For dinner I’d ordered a medium-well steak and it was so well done that it was tough to eat. The service was rather piecemeal and no one came to check how our meal was - otherwise I might have been tempted to send it back. (The food had taken a little while to come, so we just wanted to eat at that point!) At breakfast I ordered a dish with no eggs and it came with eggs on it - this time I sent it back and they brought me the correct order. Given that it was our double celebration, we also expected someone amoungst the wait staff to acknowledge our celebration(s). No one mentioned it, even when I arrived at breakfast on the actual morning of my big birthday. The piecemeal service and lack of attention in the Barn didn’t match the excellent service we received in the rest of the hotel, including in the bar. It’s the only aspect of our stay that we were left underwhelmed by - and would possibly be the only barrier to us visiting again! All in all a gorgeous and well-run hotel but some room for improvement at the Barn!
