This hotel makes easy to walk to food. Its a clean hotel with a great breakfast. Has a quiet atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. If you go you MUST attend a "EatingAstoria" food tour! Worth every penny, and really lets you get to know the food culture in town.

This was truly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Spent 2 nights with my adult daughter. Restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and drinks and the bar tender has great suggestions. Room and bathroom were large, clean, comfortable and couldn't have been better. Only complaint- all of the staff were fantastic except one person at the front desk who seemed to be bothered that we were there to check in. He never made eye contact and never really explained anything about the hotel or area - just handed us our keys. He did ask if we needed help with our luggage. Even still I highly recommend!

Asheville is an amazing town that offers many wonderful hotels but I would highly recommend the Grand Bohemian. Upon entry tot he hotel, you are treated a very European feel with the courtyard valet and the brick and stucco architecture. As you enter the lobby, you see a huge fireplace that invites you to sip brandy and swap hunting stories. The restaurant has wonderful service and food. I would recommend getting something unique as the Red Stagg serves some great wild game meats. Location is key wherever one travels. The Grand Bohemian is located right across from Biltmore and only 6-7 minutes away from most of downtown Asheville.

This hotel is gorgeous. Quite possibly the most beautifully decorated hotel I have ever stayed in!!! The rooms are spacious and the bath rooms are huge! Everyone is super friendly. I would definitely come back here!!!

I just stayed at the hotel July 15 - 18th. It is in a neat hotel with a great location within the village if that is your preferred area. The hotel itself is just "ok" considering the price point. We were in room 232, their largest style suite. When the cleaning staff is working on rooms on the floor, they go in and out of their supply room (I assume that is what it is) across the hall slamming the door nonstop during the day. When the washing machine is running, the pipes howl into the late afternoon/early evening. During the night, the train goes through blowing it's horn. Needless to say, we didn't get much rest. We reported this to front desk with no real comment or follow up!
