Great service and quiet rooms
From the valet, to the front desk and the restaurant; this hotel was excellent and the service was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel. Some of Charlotte’s so called “luxury” hotels could take a lesson from this one. Quiet rooms provided great sleep.

World-class decor, immaculate condition, and amazing staff!
This is absolutely one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. The decor is only exceeded by the amazing staff and immaculate condition of the room and common areas. The restaurant was phenomenal as was the wait staff. I cannot wait to come back with my wife and family. This is a truly special place and a great location.

The hotel was first rate. Atmosphere was superb. Staff was very friendly and cared about us. Greeted us by name from our arrival to departure 5 days later.

Top notch in Asheville
Wish I could have stayed longer! This was a luxurious hotel, great staff who were more than welcoming upon arrival. We are Platinum rewards members so we were upgraded to a suite when we arrived, this was a fabulous room. Just clean, cozy and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and here was always some treat (hot apple cider, champagne). Thank you for a great experience!

Attentive staff, comfortable rooms, great food, convenient location. Valet staff was excellent. Dog friendly. Would highly recommend.
