From check in to check out we had a great experience at this hotel. Even though sold out, the attentive service was from front desk to bellman to valet and servers in the restaurant. We dined in the restaurant for breakfast 3 days and dinner one night - each meal was well prepared and delicious. Jeff was especially helpful in our check in and getting us settled in our room - asked to deliver several extra amenities (with a teenager in our party that extra conditioner is always appreciated). We encountered him other times and he recognized us with a pleasant greeting and courteous help.

Perfect Location ..Would Reccomend this property.. Impeccable service.. Spacious Rooms and Excellent Dining Choices..First stay here.. The hotel is right at the entrance of the Biltmore Estate and located in the quaint Village of Biltmore. Shopping and Dining choices very close by.. There is a daily Parking charge at the Hotel ..The valet service is very fast and professional.

This hotel is a hoot, all faux Tudor & wannabe Gothic. It shouldn't work but somehow it does. We got a kick wandering around looking at all the 'stuff'. The car & the bar staff were excellent. We didn't get breakfast as there was a wait, or dinner, but the menus looked good. Little disappointed to have seen room service debris left outside the room next to ours for hours, despite having seen staff along our corridor twice. Even if not THEIR job I'd have expected them to have reported it. Would definitely stay here again next time in Asheville.

The hotel is very nice and very unique. The decorations throughout are over the top but done with a tremendous attention to detail. Being outside the gates to the Biltmore the decor is appropriate. Hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The bar serves the full restaurant menu. The food was so good we ate there two nights. I had the elk and rib-eye, my wife had the duck breast, all were prepared perfectly. I enjoy very rare meat and it is always difficult for restaurants to get it correct, they were successful. The location is excellent, right outside the gates from the Biltmore and 10 minutes to town. When we went into town the hotel transportation dropped us off and we used Uber to get back (under 7 dollars) Much easier than parking downtown. The only negative, our room had plantation shutters on the window and the shutters allowed more light in the room than I like. I feel quite confident if I would said something the staff would have tried to correct the issue.

This was our first Kessler stay with two other locations to follow on our current trip. The location is prime for visiting the Biltmore Estate and the hotel interior is absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend a suite over a standard room in order to keep expectations up to par with the rest of the hotel.
