What a delightful hotel this is. Excellent location right across from the Biltmore. Guest rooms, hotel, restaurant are well thought out and appointed. Love the shuttered bathroom. The staff is right on point and anticipate your needs while not being intrusive. You can tell that this hotel is well run and has a solid staff and leadership. It was also nice to be able to be affiliated with Marriott and take advantage of reward points. Also nearby shopping and restaurants were nice.

This unique boutique hotel is located in the Biltmore Village adjacent to the Biltmore Estate. The decor reminds one of a chic, upscale, hunting lodge. It's quite masculine yet comfortable. My wife and I have been here many times. The service is fantastic. The staff in the hotel, at the bar, and in the restaurant are very attentive and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We have always booked a standard king bed room. There is a large bathtub at easily fits two people into it. The toiletries and rain shower are awesome. One note: The bathrooms are great if you are comfortable with your partner/spouse/significant other, but there is not much privacy. The door to the toilet is frosted glass. So while there is some blurring going on, you can definitely see in. Again, not too much of a problem if you are comfortable with this, but it's fairly unique to this hotel (based on my traveling experiences). Food in the restaurant is delicious. I'd recommend the Bohemian Hunt Board, which is a well-stocked charcuterie selection, as an appetizer or snack with drinks. Breakfast is great as well, and worth it if you purchase the breakfast package. From the hotel you can walk to lots of other restaurants and shops. Biltmore village is charming. You also have easy access to the Biltmore Estate. My wife and I had a couples' massage during our last visit, and it was very nice. The service and rooms at the spa are very good. The gym is great as well, and if you like to workout you will probably have it to yourself. I've never bumped into anyone there.

The hotel is centrally located near the Biltmore estate and the Biltmore Village. We enjoyed two meals at the Biltmore Village and the breakfast at the hotel was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms are very comfortable.

It was my second time staying at the GB in the last several months. It's an upscale property located in Biltmore Village. The staff are very gracious and hospital, from the front desk to the wait staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite and able to check in early. (Thank you Joshua!) The rooms are very well appointed and fresh. The hallways leading to the rooms are full of beautiful art from the gallery downstairs. The dining room is top notch. I especially loved the muscles and calamari appetizers. Breakfast was also delicious.

We stayed at this hotel when bringing our car in to the dealership for service. At no point were we stressed about anything, not even after having checked out and were going to get our vehicle, when I suddenly realized that I had not gotten the items out of the safe. They immediately sent the Chief Bellman to escort me into the room and waited for me to retrieve the items. He was so gracious, helpful and in no way made me feel anxious or guilty for having made this mistake. We will certainly be back here whenever we need to stay in Asheville. Food is excellent, service impeccable and atmosphere is so awesome and comfortable.
