The staff at the Grand Bohemian go out of their way to make your stay special. From your arrival when you turn your car over to the valet who then opens the door for you to the front desk staff who check you in and provide suggestions to everyone else you encounter you feel like a special guest. Other touches like bottles of water given out at the valet stand, to coffee and infused water in the lobby, to the aromatic candles burning at the front desk all provide welcoming touches. Hallways are made special with art work hanging--as are the guest rooms. Highlighted make up mirrors in the bathroom and rainfall shower heads elevate the bathroom experience. Do wish, however, that the hotel provided more charging outlets or options in the rooms. Otherwise a perfect hotel with a perfect location adjacent to the Biltmore Village with great shopping and restaurants.

This hotel makes easy to walk to food. Its a clean hotel with a great breakfast. Has a quiet atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. If you go you MUST attend a "EatingAstoria" food tour! Worth every penny, and really lets you get to know the food culture in town.

This was truly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Spent 2 nights with my adult daughter. Restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and drinks and the bar tender has great suggestions. Room and bathroom were large, clean, comfortable and couldn't have been better. Only complaint- all of the staff were fantastic except one person at the front desk who seemed to be bothered that we were there to check in. He never made eye contact and never really explained anything about the hotel or area - just handed us our keys. He did ask if we needed help with our luggage. Even still I highly recommend!

Asheville is an amazing town that offers many wonderful hotels but I would highly recommend the Grand Bohemian. Upon entry tot he hotel, you are treated a very European feel with the courtyard valet and the brick and stucco architecture. As you enter the lobby, you see a huge fireplace that invites you to sip brandy and swap hunting stories. The restaurant has wonderful service and food. I would recommend getting something unique as the Red Stagg serves some great wild game meats. Location is key wherever one travels. The Grand Bohemian is located right across from Biltmore and only 6-7 minutes away from most of downtown Asheville.
