Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while in Asheville. The hotel is split into two buildings as we stayed in the main building. The decor is lodge like with a center fireplace in the lobby and animal heads hanging on the walls. Very comfortable seating in the lobby. On each side of the fireplace there is seating of different types to relax and enjoy the fire on a cold night (which is was when we stayed there in mid March). The hotel is perfectly located sitting right at the entrance to the Biltmore estate. It is a short ride into town and you can walk across the street into the Biltmore village area with many cute shops and some national brands to browse. The hotel has an excellent restaurant Red Stag Grill. We had dinner there on the first night and it was a nice surprise how excellent the food and service was. The room is nicely appointed in a more contemporary decor but within the general feel of the hotel. Bed was comfortable. The only minus of our stay was we heard a lot of street noise while in our room, not to bad but at times annoying.

Absolutely quaint, fabulous hotel. Staff is one of the best we have ever experienced. Lile staying at an art gallery, wonderful! Constance was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly in the gallery. A great experience.

This hotel looks and feels way more expensive than it actually is. The rooms are very nice, granted there are some that are more fancy than others but they are nice. The service was exceptional. The lobby area is so welcoming and the restaurant is awesome. I'd come eat here and just hang out just because it has a real COOL factor!

My sister Francis and I were getting together (her from Cleveland, myself from Baton Rouge) for a sister weekend and Women's conference. Having lived in NC for over 20 years I had never been to the Biltmore Estates and wanted to visit, I also wanted a memorable hotel. Well the Grand Bohemian Hotel was that hotel. The hotel is in a great location to both the Biltmore and Downtown Asheville. It is unique - NOT a cookie cutter hotel. Elegant but not intimidating, cozy. Great Breakfast. Room was Wonderful, Bed was Wonderful, Good Nights Sleep. All the staff that we interacted with were very Friendly. But then there is AL! Francis and I both felt like Al was our personal assistant during our stay. He always seemed to be there and went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at a hotel and believe me I have been to plenty. Al, I will be back with my hubby, but if I can arrange to bring Francis back with her husband, I hope you won't be on vacation. Loved this experience!

I treated myself to a stay at this great property right in the heart of Biltmore Village and just steps away from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate (also with a Starbucks within walking distance). The room was fantastic, the restaurant was delicious and they appear to have a great spa (I did not get to try it). Love the Art Gallery as well. Note, though, that if you go you'll definitely need to plan on valet parking as other parking options in the area are pretty much nonexistent. Not the hotel's fault - just a fact.
