If I could give this hotel 10/10 I would! The hotel staff was so amazing! Austin and his team took care of us from the moment we checked in to the second we checked out! Great location great staff great food amazing drinks!

A wonderful property absolutely worth visiting.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the gallery and the art throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Valets, front desk staff, housekeeping, All wonderful. The restaurant and bar are excellent and the staff/service was great. When a small issue with the folio was identified post checkout (as happens anywhere), it was handled and rectified within 15 minutes with a gracious apology. This is one of the best hotel properties in Asheville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Great job on the rebuild after hurricane. Best service from the front desk with Al and the restaurant is excellent in food quality and service. Right down to the car valet the service and care the staff put in is highly commendable. Lifetime Titanium Marriott member so we have experienced some of the best and this ranks with them.

Great experience
Grand Bohemian Lodge is really a wonderful place. From the moment we pulled up and were greeted by the valet til we left to go to the airport, we felt very welcomed and very well cared for. The room was beautiful. We were in the Asheville area visiting family. The location of the lodge is excellent if you want to tour Biltmore but not stay on the estate grounds. We had a car and would drive into downtown Asheville for shopping and restaurants. It’s only about 2 miles away. We did have a few meals at the Red Stag, which is in the hotel. The food was excellent service great. I would return here if we were ever in Asheville and I highly recommend it.

Gorgeous Hotel and Stellar employees
This hotel was a dream. Champagne upon check in and beautiful updated rooms. The restaurant was delicious and charming, and the Valet employees are very helpful. I'd specifically like to mention Austin and Alex for their assistance in helping get my car quickly and providing great recommendations.
