Excellent place to stay near everything! We went to see the Chihuly exhibit and walk the gardens and visit the winery. Absolutely the most beautifully done gardens and atrium! Check out the free wine tasting and sample our favorite wine, Hunt! 🍷❤️🍷

This hotel has the best staff. My Best Friend and I made a trip here for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 30th year Best Friends Forever (BFF) anniversary w/no kids and spouses. We had a great time! Upon arrival we were greeted by the nicest valet team. Inside, check in was smooth and the hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms are spacious and pristine; even the hallways are clean! On our first night, we dined at The Library Lounge. Our flight and drive ended up taking longer than anticipated so by the time we grabbed dinner the kitchen was nearing close. Mary took our orders and made sure to let us know about last call. The food and drinks were delicious. We wrapped up the evening by enjoying the outdoor patio and fireside. For breakfast we dined at The Dining Room and again had fabulous service from Anita. She was incredibly GF knowledgeable and attentive about my gluten intolerance. The food was delicious. We also had wonderful massage services at The Spa and enjoyed the hot stones and face masque enhancement. On the estate we were able to easily visit the Biltmore House and Gardens as the hotel offers a shuttle service. My only disappointment is I wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back and next time with our spouses for a couple’s retreat! We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you!

Best service we have had in a while- from the valet to the restaurant everyone was gracious and helpful. View was amazing from any point in the hotel. We enjoying hiking around the property and being able to just take our time to enjoy the outdoors. We will definitely be back. An extremely relaxing location.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn this past weekend. It was a special occasion, and we upgraded to the “Chateau Tier,” expecting something similar to Ritz-Carlton Club level. It was a big disappointment. “Chateau Tier” grants guests access to a small room adjacent to the lobby (not a dedicated floor) with a mini-refrigerator stocked with soda and water, a Nespresso machine, an electric tea kettle, and a limited selection of snacks. I am ok paying for amenities, but at $1,198 for a night, one ought to get more than an ice cream bar. The Grove Park Inn is $300 a night less for a “club” room, and the amenities are far superior. The furniture in the room was worn, and the surprisingly small TV was awkwardly placed. On a bright note, the staff was very polite, the room was clean, and the view was beautiful. We will stay at Grove Park next time.

We had a perfect stay! We came for a long weekend and could not have been happier with our experience. The Inn has a perfect location. It has its own private shuttle which was really convenient. The rooms were super clean and very nicely appointed. The staff was so, so nice. The food in the Dining room (dinner and breakfast) was very good. We had cocktails in the lounge with a piano player one night and a three piece band the next. We saw the house, walked all the grounds (don’t miss this), saw the Conservatory, did sport clay shooting and falconry- would highly recommend both. We also did a premium wine tasting (the Blanc de Blanc sparkling was delicious) and enjoyed some charcuterie at the wine bar. I can’t recommend this enough. Thanks for a fabulous weekend!

It has been a long time since we went anywhere and were greeted so warmly. Each person who cared for us did it with friendliness and compassion.
