It is with a high degree of confidence when we return to the Inn on Biltmore Estate that we will receive the same exceptional level of hospitality as in past years. That confidence continues to be well placed. The staff is exceptional; the setting is unparalleled and every amenity is provided. Breakfast in the Dining Room offers wonderful views as well as great food and service. It is rewarding to see familiar faces--Kristin, thanks for the great service! Also, we enjoyed chatting with Lucas, a management staff member. As we departed, we appreciated the prompt service from the bellman and his helpful suggestion regarding directions as we continued our road trip. Dale, thank you! Our experience having visited the Inn numerous times has always been memorable.

The Dining Room at the Inn on Biltmore Estate is a very special experience. We had the pleasure of dining there for both breakfast and dinner. The menu options are impressive with a good selection of fish and meat options and outrageous desserts. This can be a wonderful place for couples or family gatherings, and the service is exceptional. A breakfast buffet is offered as well as a morning menu. The evening meal of Monkfish was excellent and the Cheesecake was really good.

What a beautiful experience. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The hotel while built in 2001 is in pristine condition, the staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was clean and everything worked well. Nice amenities, great concierge service including evening turndown. We only used the restaurant for the breakfast buffet which was very nice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the hotel! We stayed here with our 5 year old son and he loved the room as well as the pool. The service is impeccable; food is amazing and the views are priceless. It's a short walk to the vineyard and the farm so there are things to do if you don't want to relax by the pool.

Rated 3.5 but there is not an ability to do so above. It is Situated on top of a hill with majestic vistas of the valley and surrounding mountains. Online photos don't do it justice. The inn itself is a traditional hotel structure with a stately lobby area and great service. The rooms however are lacking. There is no walk in shower, a must to qualify for a 5 star rating, and the shower curtain was still the straight vs. bowed rod. There was no mini-fridge in the room. It's the best in the area but not a first class resort by today's standards.
