Stayed here for a weekend on a package. The breakfast buffet was tasty but smaller than I had imagined. The room was well appointed with twice daily maid service. We had a door that went to a small patio that wasn't secure, management should look into that. The drinks were good. Went to the bar one night (Saturday), there were 5 bartenders behind the super small bar and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. A smile and a "I'll be right with you" can work wonders. Everyone seemed crazed by the influx of clients and obviously didn't handle it well. Other than that the staff was great. Bert at the door, Anita in the restaurant, the shuttle driver who was able to educate us on our way to the house. Overall a great visit with a couple little things but they wouldn't prevent me from coming back.

I can't say enough about this Inn! My husband and I stayed the first week in July. The Inn is beautiful and the employees are very polite and gracious! I have never been treated so well in any place I have ever stayed! We purchased a package which included the breakfast buffet. It was wonderful! We had a fabulous stay! If you want to be treated like a King and Queen, this is the place to stay. We will defiantly be back!

This was my 2nd visit to the Inn. This time it was for a spa getaway and it was first class all the way, again. One is treated like royalty from the moment of driving up to the entrance and being greeted by a valet. From there the front door is opened by a friendly member of the always-professional staff of the hotel. Upon check-in we were asked if we had dinner reservations yet and when we didn't the reservation clerk immediately picked up the phone and we had dinner plans at our favorite restaurant, Cedric's. She even asked if we had any food allergies, etc. They tend to every possible need at the Inn on Biltmore. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

we live not 45 minutes away from the estate and it was our 49th anniversary for which we did not want to go far! problem solved with the choice of the Inn. we received annual pass from our kids for xmas and had not really used it so this was a way to use deals for us. still expensive, but worth it for the quality of room, view, and appointments. the staff is terrific as well. we dined at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. both were good, but not outstanding in our opinion. would we go back? yes, because it is a quiet and elegant hotel which there is a dearth of in the area. they do need to address lack of shade by the pool. 3 umbrellas is ridiculous ...... suggest pergola at least

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks ago undeR the club level hospitality package.. The beer selection in the VIP lounge was pretty skimpy, but the wine made up for it. The grounds were so well kept, it was such a refreshing escape. It was definitely the personalized service that made the stay worth its money.. Anna was our personal concierge through out our stay and she was the most thoughtful and sincere concierge we've ever worked with. She went above and beyond in every way!! We went on a specialty behind the scenes tour of the mansion with Julie and she was so knowledgeable and an excellent public speaker.. Dinner in the main dining room at the Inn was incredible. Luke really made us feel special and like royalty.. the breakfast buffet in the morning was pricey, about 20$ a head, but so worth it!! We will definitely be back! The extra personalized service is worth the extra cost.
