Excellent stay at a classic hotel. The service was amazing and the staff could not have done more to help us. Great location, within walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer. The J bar had a great atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Hotel Jerome exceeded our expectations for room quality and personal service. The warm and receptive staff meet all our needs for my son's wedding reception...even offering before we asked. The location was central to all of the activities Aspen has to offer. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

As an experienced Aspen vacationer, I have had the pleasure of staying at the Jerome multiple of times (I live in LA and love to snowboard / the outdoors, so make a point to visit Aspen as much as possible). My most recent visit took place over the Aspen Ideas Festival / July 4th weekend of 2017. As far as the service and the service, the Jerome is second to none. The staff is top quality (big kudos to Lorrie, the morning restaurant hostess and the rest of the supremely talented dining staff), the food is excellent (the breakfast bowls are soooo incredible, you got to try it!), and the front desk / bell staff are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and affable. The rooms are kept spotless by the attentive housekeepers. I really like the diverse, kind, passionate and knowledge people that work there. Whether I missed the bus to the Ideas festival and needed a quick lift (before my wife killed me) or needed recommendations on a new, more challenging hike or wanted my favorite table in the dining room – the staff was there to make my experience that much more pleasant. Just great! The rooms and the bar scene are wonderful. Aforementioned in the title of my review – a genuine western luxury experience. The rooms are far larger and ornately furbished / designed vs. The Nell. While at The Nell you could be in a fine hotel anywhere in the world, at the Jerome, you know you are in Aspen. Additionally, there is an authenticity to the place that is very hard to get right, one feels as if you are at an “olde” time western saloon – its actually really cool. Areas of improvement: 1. Given the room price (as much as the Nell), the Jerome has to finish the pool area, I know its underway with the promise of being specular, but a good outdoor / hot tub area is such a draw in all season. Right now the designated outdoor area is undergoing construction which is an eye sore, although I did not hear any disruptive noises. 2. The hotel is on the opposite town vs. AJAX vs. the The Nell which is at the base and is truly ski-in-ski-out with world class apre ski… Overall: I love the Jerome, particularly over the summer (where the Nell’s location at the base of AJAX is less relevant) and besides – the Jerome has the best service in Aspen!!

This hotel is outstanding. The physical plant is excellent and well appointed, but what stands out here is the staff and the service. Staff are warm and friendly, they greet guests every time they see you. The check in and valet experience was amazing. Arrived in the rain after a very long journey. They escorted us in, Valerie the car, brought all the luggage upstairs within minutes. Were helpful in every way to allow us to enjoy Aspen. Expensive but well worth it. The bed was very comfortable. We will return.

From pickup at the airport to drop-off at our next destination in Aspen, the staff at Hotel Jerome was flawless. Warmth and service greeted me everywhere and always. The amenities from car service to free mini bar snacks to complimentary cocktails and luxurious turn down service were far superior to my experience at the lovely and pleasant (and much more expensive) St Regis Hotel a few days later. Treat yourself and stay at the Hotel Jerome.
