We visit aspen once or twice a year and this is the best place we have stayed by far. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. The hotel itself is beautifully and uniquely decorated. Location is great and their services and restaurants are amazing.

Had a very good stay with family and friends. Very good restaurants and happy with the buffet breakfast. Staff very attentive. The shuttle service very good to the gondola. Very happy with our stay but might try to stay a little closer to the gondola next time.

An excellent place. We enjoyed it very much. We also paid $750 nightly, so one would hope we would enjoy it that much. On net it was exactly what we paid for, and the next time we have $3000 to burn (before food, amenities, ski tickets, tips, etc.), we will probably do it again.

Our outgoing flight was cancelled, and we could find only two rooms in all of Aspen on a Saturday night. We chose the last room available at The Jerome. It was a very nice room, but for the $960 we paid for it, I felt as though we should have received a private opera, theater tickets, massage for the two of us, and much more. The room was nice, but it was nothing fantastic, and it didn't even include free breakfast. I know Aspen is expensive, but this was outrageous! The staff is eager to please, but it seems each employee is out for a tip. Seriously, should I tip a guy to carry my bags from the shuttle ten steps from the street to the inside, from where a bellman will not allow you to roll it to my room? I'm a generous tipper, but one has to say "no" at some point. Breakfast on Sunday morning: one order of pancakes, one egg, one cup of coffee and one bowl of oatmeal--cost: $42+ All I can say is, if you stay here, bring your banker.

We arrived at the Aspen airport and no sooner were we off the plane when our hotel driver greeted us, loaded our luggage, and off we went. Once at the hotel we were again welcomed by a number of the hotel's staff. These frequent greetings were typical of our stay. The ambiance and decor of the hotel was warm and inviting. We enjoyed drinks at the bar with friends along with a buffet breakfast the following morning. Although the hotel's location is not in the center of town the shops, restaurants and Ajax are an easy walk (even carrying skis). Our suite was well-appointed and roomy, The hotel offers scheduled and timely shuttle services to/from Snowmass and Highlands, in addition to free rides to Ajax on request. This was our 3rd stay and it will not be our last.
