Hotel Jerome, an Auberge Resort

This is the best hotel. So many complimentary amenities, welcome cocktails,24/7 hot tub pool, endless eco friendly water, great spa products, the cool bathtub amenities are complimentary, cool Felix pods in room. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It’s a true destination & very generous with guests. The breakfast steak with black pepper gravy & actually the whole savory breakfast menu is a masterpiece. I preferred eating it in the restaurant because it came out extra delicious but in room dining was just as delicious.

Classic interiors, chic Christmas decorations, intimate welcome receptions, consistent hospitality, beautiful restaurants and bars on-site, and impeccable valet, concierge and turndown services. I trusted the reviews I read to choose Jerome for our stay above all other Aspen properties—and now I can say that I totally trust our experience at Jerome. My wife rated it as one of our very best stays in all of our travels together so far. Next time, we will come back, ski less, and just relax to make the most of the "feel-at-home" luxurious vibe that defines Jerome. It is really hard to be this consistent, yet be this subtle. A big thank you to the entire team at Jerome for making our 6th wedding anniversary so special. PS: JEROME is right in the center of Aspen and a MUST-stay!

I have enjoyed going to the Hotel Jerome for food, drinks, and sexy cowboy ambiance for several years. It's such an Aspen staple and with a great location. You can walk everywhere. I finally stayed overnight with my husband and 2 pit bulls. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, kind, and accommodating. They offered dog beds and bowls and remembered our dog's names. We had exceptional service at all of the bars. We ordered in room breakfast each morning and it was phenomenal. They have the best breakfast in town! Also, the rooms were so beautiful, comfortable, and clean. I have stayed at the Little Nell & St. Regis in Aspen - which are also fabulous - but the Jerome ambiance just can't be beat. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to go back!

Amazing location on main street, great atmosphere and beautiful rooms! To be honest it was a good value because staying here was totally worth it! Very clean, and we had a quiet room on the 2nd floor viewing the pool. Also, the service was amazing, and the lamb at the restaurant was to die for!

I would highly recommend experiencing the staff and ambience of this property. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The property was immaculate. You can tell the staff take pride in the property, in their presentation and in their work. It is in a perfect location for walking to shopping, restaurants and skiing when the season opens. We had high expectations and everyone was successful in exceeding them.
