Great Ambiance and Service - just need some more light !
Everything was nice. Great service and the rooms have the perfect Aspen vibe. There's not enough light in the rooms. Bring a flashlight and Headlamp (not kidding). Otherwise very nice with great service. Note that the bar is very popular and fills up every evening. They have a hostess to tame the crowd but don't expect to hope in a grab a drink. Go to the restaurant of other bar to get around that

Top of the line experience staying at Hotel Jerome - they took care of things we didnt even know needed attention ! Phenomenal personal service from check-in to check-out and everywhere along the way. If you want a high end experience with full ammenities - Hotel Jerome is the spot in Aspen !

Perfect in Every Way
Everything about this hotel is perfect! This was my second visit and it was even better than the first! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by everything, the staff, the service, the decor, the amenities. This has quickly become one of my favorite ski town properties. We also enjoyed the complimentary transportation to the mountains/ around town! We are already looking forward to our next trip :)

The most "Aspen" hotel there is!
My best friend and I just got back from Hotel Jerome, and we had the most lovely experience! From the moment we landed to the moment we left. The hotel has the most "Aspen" feel; the staff is so kind; the room is cozy; the food is delicious; and the location is prime! Perfect spot to stay, whether you just want to après and explore the town or plan to ski every day.

Another Exceptional Stay at Hotel Jerome
We’ve been visiting Hotel Jerome for several years with family and friends, and this year’s stay was absolutely perfect. Peter and the front office team were outstanding from arrival through departure. Steve and the concierge team went above and beyond to handle a special request for me — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Adrien and Alexia were welcome faces each evening and took excellent care of us. We stayed in a residential suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group. It gave us plenty of room to gather while still feeling private and relaxed. Hotel Jerome truly feels like a home away from home in Aspen. We’re already looking forward to our visit next year.
