Outstanding Auberge resort. Been going to The Jerome since 1987 (our 47th visit) and it just gets better. Some trouble several years ago but Auberge has brought it up to excellence. Staff, room, food...all impeccable. One note: be aware that they are remodeling the pool/patio area and it may be spring of 2018 before it is finished.

Hotel Jerome is one of those places that feels like an extension of home. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and proactive. They treated our very large group of 100 with great care and attention. Every comment I heard was how amazing the service is, and it's true! The location of Jerome is ideal; it is a stone's throw from everything you'd want to do in town. And if not, they have a house car to get you where you need to be. Amazing! The hotel's decor is chic and rustic at once. They've done a great job of making it feel authentically Colorado and extremely upscale at the same time. I can't wait to return!

I have to say this was a very nice experience at this hotel. Staff was kind and friendly, very helpful too. The room was spacious and clean, very quiet in the evening. I was so impressed overall that in our rating system of worldwide travels this hotel ranks #2. We've been to the most elegant hotels and paid many things times over the money we spent here, for an absolutely fabulous stay. More than a hotel for sure.

Not only were the accommodations exceptional, but the Hotel Jerome helped execute my perfect wedding - we had a small event in the Library with only 13 guests in attendance. The service from the moment we checked in until our departure was top of the line. The hotel was welcoming, accommodating, and took care of everything we could have needed during our stay/wedding weekend. The staff even dug up some place cards when I realized I left mine at home. The location couldn't have been better either. We had a rental car, but left it parked for our entire stay. 90% of what we wanted to do and see was within walking distance, and the hotel provided transportation to everything else. My husband and I are looking forward to going back to celebrate anniversaries for years to come!

This hotel is expensive for what you get. To make matters worse they add on daily fees $33 resort fee for pool that is closed all summer of 2017, small spa, exercise room that every Holiday Inn has for free, and meeting room you won't use. $30 to park. $3 to split a meal in the restaurant. This hotel thinks they are like Emirates or Singapore airlines but they act like Spirit or Frontier.
