Hotel Jerome, an Auberge Resort, is both supremely beautiful and remarkably modern - an ideal host in the heart of Aspen. This Colorado gem prides itself on genuine hospitality, and boasts recently upgraded accommodations in addition to its exceptional dining and world-class spa. Guest rooms are no less than 525 square feet in size, comfortably outfitted with luxe linens, down bedding, espresso makers, oversize baths, and gourmet snack and wet bars. Sleek, custom design breathes elegance into every space, still echoing a mountain influence. Yet all the hi-tech amenities are present and accounted for, including wireless Internet access, and plasma televisions with DVD players.
The resort features an outdoor heated pool and pair of hot tubs, ideal for unwinding under the alpine sun, and those seeking to maintain a workout routine will take pleasure in the 24/7 fitness facilities and yoga studio, which overlook Aspen Mountain. Further the indulgence factor at the newly reimagined wellness oasis, Yarrow Spa, perhaps with a Custom Botanical Massage, Restorative Detox Facial, or Regenerative Infusion Body Treatment. From the moment you arrive at Hotel Jerome, your time in Aspen is an elevated experience.

Our family visited Aspen for the first time at the beginning of March and we split our time up a few days at Hotel Limelight and then we finished at Hotel Jerome, to try it out in the event we came back next year. Our welcome in, was lovely! We were greeted with. house cocktail and given a tour of the hotel by a very friendly guide. The hotel is gorgeous and in the best location. The pool/hot tub had wonderful views too. The room they put is in had a view of the roof, like an industrial view, hotel utility equipment. It was disappointing that with how empty the hotel was they didn’t put us in a nicer room, as it was very evident many options were available, the hotel seemed near empty. In comparing it to Limelight, the Limelight upgraded us without us asking, which was great, especially since they had the availability. That completely made our stay as we had an incredible view and was such a kind gesture! Service was also very sleepy at the Hotel Jerome. We had to call down for extra robes twice before they were delivered and service (outside of our warm welcome) was unfriendly and inviting. Also we were told by the front desk no reservations accepted at the J Bar, but when we arrived there were some “reserved tables for hotel guest s only”. Fortunately the super friendly and helpful bartenders apologized and prioritized getting us the next available table. The atmosphere and service at the J Bar was great. Overall, we all agreed we were treated with more respect and there was more value staying at the Limelight. The Limelight even had an incredible free breakfast every morning , had great service, location and they kept the guests at the forefront even offering upgrades for free without anyone having in to ask, because ultimately they would sit empty anyways. In addition, the Limelight had live entertainment, great pool/hot tub with great views and awesome fire pit areas in several locations, also with great views.

Very clean, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Multiple shuttles for the 4 mountains (for ski season). Good food. Close to all the good restaurants and shopping (walking distance). Very popular bar for happy hour or after hours.

We had coffee in the Felix Roasting coffee shop in the hotel. The coffee options were small, perhaps 9 oz.'s. However, the croissants were fantastic, very light and buttery. They don't provide a copy of your individual order, just a credit card receipt with the total purchase amount.

The Hotel Jerome is hands down the most beautiful hotel in Aspen. It is impeccable in design, cleanliness, service and hospitality. The restaurants and bar are fantastic. Friendliest and most helpful team we have experienced.

The worst service in Aspen for way overpriced drinks. Bartender was complaining about the establishment, and how many days he worked. We didn't need to hear this and get terrible service. Extra dirty Martini was well clean. Service can be bad when a 22% tip is included. Wasnt even worth 6% tip. How do some places stay in business? Maybe its the nice people with the cowboy hats out front. Better experiences nearby.
