Service was excellent, from the bellman to the servers and front desk staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had two separate visits, once before and once after a side trip to San Bernadino. We left some of our luggage during our trip to San Bern, and it was in our room waiting. Thank you for the wonderful visit.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff where attentive and looked out for us every step of the way. We had a problem with the Kitchens fan that began to hum quite loudly but the staff where quick onto turning it off and working around the noise. The upgrade as a sign of goodwill as a result of the fan not being able to be repaired immediately was a wonderful surprise the last night as it was to the presidential suite with dinner included. Incredibly kind and always thoughtful and always trying to help and we will be back to get married from here hopefully next month :)

excellent service overall, personnel was always attentive and I didnt have a snatch. I was staying at the hotel, but I also had a business meeting in one of their rooms, without any problem at all. Highly recommended

We stayed in a Royal Suite Front King. I paid GBP 132 / USD 173 (excluding 7% currency conversion penalty) per night, including breakfast. A grand, luxury hotel in the old style. An old building beautifully renovated and restored, in a great location with outstanding service. Highly recommended, I doubt there is a better place to stay when visiting Asuncion. The “Good”: - Very large, spacious rooms - magnificently and comfortably furnished. - Spotlessly clean - Super king sized bed with great quality bed linens and such excellent pillows. - Large, walk-in shower with lots of hot water. - Excellent location close to the major shopping malls, some great restaurants and an easy taxi ride to the historic downtown sites. - Impeccable full service: responsive, friendly and the highest professional standards. - On-site Sixt car rental - Paraguay is an easy city to drive around and there are some great day trips to take. Beware: - Everything is priced in US dollars. At check out they convert to the local Paraguay currency at an exorbitant 7% hike on the mid point currency rate. Plus 3% imposed by your credit card provider equals a 10% premium over the stated prices. Even taking this into account, the hotel still represents good value for what they provide.

I am in a wheelchair, they did everything to help me Suggestions the disabled toilet in the little garden area should be used in the disabled room The lavatory there is not so good, it is only adequate It is the better type disabled toilets need to be higher from the ground the floor Antonella let me use the office downstairs twice, while my nurses went to see sites in the city, the streets are terrible for a wheelchair if I’d known, I would’ve rented i’ll car if I ever go again I would like a room at the back of the hotel no don’t get no get the music from the shopping centre
