We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was excellent - very spacious, very clean and comfortable with a queen bed. The staff are very helpful and accommodating as well. Unfortunately the only issue we had was the noise. Room doors have no soundproofing at all and the walls between rooms are good but noise still comes through. This meant that on our first night when the hotel was busy due to a conference we hardly got much sleep as we could hear the people walking down the corridor or talking in the corridor, the elevator ping when opening/closing, doors opening/closing etc. Our neighbouring room also had noise (music and people talking) which wasn't exceptionally loud but due to the poor soundproofing it still kept us up and ear plugs didn't particularly help. We called reception and they did talk to them after which point it was better but it still wasn't great due to the other noises. The second night when most people from the conference had left we managed to sleep better but the noise still travels through the room doors so I don't think I will be staying there again soon, I like my sleep too much!

Stayed for a business conference. Property is good but rooms are very small & just Ok. Cant rate as a 5 star property. Breakfast spread out was great but there was no Live egg counter. Omlettes & eggs were laid out in buffet & were hence cold. First time no live egg counter not seen in a 5 star hotel. Funniest thing I experienced the cups & saucers from the room were taken away the next morning by housekeeping. When requested them for the same were told to request the room service. Same thing happened the next day as well. What a wierd service. Aren't cups & saucers meant for guests in the room ? Only saving grace were the reception staff who were very cooperative & helpful in organising our sightseeing tour. Can find better hotels at similar rates

To be fair, I want to say that we only stayed here for 7 hours because we had to leave early for the airport the next day. My spouse and I checked in easily, but when I asked for the WIFI password, I was told that it normally costs. The lady was nice enough to give it to us because she noticed that it was our anniversary. When we made it to our executive room, I noticed that it was a SMOKING room, which was a surprise to me. We had a view of what seemed to be a medical hospital, and the shower was part bath and not very spacious. I did like the width of the bed, that there was a safe in the room, and the night service folded back the sheets and set out the slippers next to the bed. I cannot attest to the gym, lounge area or breakfast, as we didn't experience any of those in our time there. I just wasn't impressed considering it was a 5 star hotel, and I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel looks nice, pool has great views, but customer service sucks and it reaks of cigarettes. Our first room was nice, clean and updated, however the hall and our room filled with cigarette smoke from our neighbors. We called the front desk to complain since the entire hotel was non smoking. They sent a bell boy up, he claimed he couldnt smell anything, but admitted he was a heavy smoker. Im not one to complain just to complain, this was A LOT OF SMOKE. It was 11pm at night, you could hear our neighbors awake partying and it was clear the smoke was coming from their room. The bell man said he couldnt knock on their door because it was too late at night, and also he couldnt prove it was them smoking since he didnt smell it!! He did recommend that we could switch rooms. We said "Yes please!" Silly me expected them to arrange the room switch for us and help with our bags. Instead the bell man walked away and we stood there with no direction. We called back down to the front desk and they said If we wanted to switch we would have to come down to the front desk to do so! Its now 11:30pm, switching rooms was YOUR suggestion, and now I have to pack my things and go down to the lobby to get assigned a new room. I was less then thrilled. To make matter worse they down graded us to a very old room that looked as if it hadnt been updated since 2000. Also dont plan to get any spa services done, there is only one person who runs the entire thing. My husband and I wanted to get massages after a long 7 days sailing the med, we could only do the service back to back since the person who gives the massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, ect, also works the front desk. We went through with it any way, very disappointing massage, not worth 100 euro.
