All you have heard about this place is true. Offers top quality stay, food and amenities. Resort offers pretty much everything - would be nice though to have an open bar after hours. Make sure you keep your mobile off while visiting!!!

This views from this hotel are stunning! I stayed in a room that had a shared swimming pool on the balcony and overlooked a private beach and over the ocean. The room itself was large and the bathroom had an in the ground bath tub with jets - Very comfortable and luxurious and you feel like a VIP from the moment you arrive. Food here is a So good and there are a number of bars and restaurant options with ocean views. The only negative - there are no irons in the rooms.

Grounds are beautiful, including the beach and rooms well sized. Food is below average and very expensive. Room service as well. (19 euro for orange juice in the room! The fact that it includes a 10 euro service charge doesn't change the impression.) Service in general leaves a lot to be desired. In this respect the hotel is like visiting the unpleasant old Greece, not the charming, friendly and slightly informal Greece. Staff vape indoors, moan quite a bit and don't seem that excited to be doing what they are doing. The contrast with Costa Navarino in the south of Greece is stark. In general the hotel feels like time travel to the early 90s. If you have to stay in the area of Athens and want to be on the beach then this hotel is a decent choice. But otherwise I would choose one of the numerous other choices in Athens or Greece.

Stayed for 4 nights, mostly business. Lovely room-bungalow, with a private garden and beach right in front and it was the best. Friendly staff, good food and realexed atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was exceptional.

We held a work conference here for clients, quite a large event. The resort is pretty impressive. There are some really amazing rooms. Mine did not have a private swimming pool but I know some of my colleagues had it. My room was right on the beach, ground floor. A huge terrace you could just go over it into the sea. Incredibly spacious. The bathroom had an area to exercise like a small gym. It had also Steam room also and jacuzzi by the window. The room area also had a sofa area with table and 2 armchairs. The entire front was a very large glass door so you could have the full view of the sea. Great to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea. The food was good. Maybe not as good as the last place I was in Tenerife, but still very good. The gardens are beautiful and the resort itself is beautiful. You can move around in the golf buggies. There are a few restaurants with amazing views by the sea. It seems like a great place for events, weddings and holidays. Drinks are a bit too expensive and so is the shop. The stuff did a good job supporting the event, this was mainly held in the conference centre building. We also had a gala dinner which was nice. I think is a culture thing as people are quite blunt, but I experienced the same outside the hotel in Athens when visiting the acropolis, some of the answers/reactions are a bit too blunt. Also something's did not make much sense to me, like why cannot you take away your coffee in a paper cup outside the restaurant? Or we asked them to set up some big tables so we could have team dinner together on our first night there and they really saw this as a problem when the restaurant was empty and we had made a reservation, finally they did but they had to ask for permission? Taking in consideration that we probably spent a large 6 figures number (in American $), you would think that they would go above and beyond with any of our requests), but I personally did not feel that was the case, maybe my colleagues differ. Having said this, I would go back any time. And I would go for a family holiday also.
