From beginning to the end our stay was phenomenal! What made it especially awesome were all the staff! I cannot remember all the names but the doormen, concierge (young lady and gentleman), and front desk personnel were kind, patient and thoughtful! I want to especially thank Romano; he was extra helpful! I can’t wait to we return!

Prior to me and my family staying, I called to ask questions and Abusalt was right there to assist me with making my accommodations extra special. We were in town to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. Just the extra touches that the staff made from the charcuterie board to the flower petals on the bed, and slippers in the room. When we first entered the front entrance, Romano and Donte assisted me with my car, luggage and were very welcoming and accommodating . Upon checking out today, Romano also took the time to escort my husband in a wheelchair and made sure that we got in the vehicle safely. Staff of this caliber make guest like me want to return again and again. Continue to take care of your loyal employees and they will take care of your company and brand. This is the finest Waldorf Astoria I’ve stayed in so far (and I’ve stayed in many throughout the country.) Upon checking-in, my guests and I were greeted by the friendly and helpful Victoria. She accommodated an early check in, and even a water bowl for my friend’s service dog! A gesture like that goes such a long way. From the world class spa, restaurant (AMAZING!), spacious rooms, central Buckhead location, magnificent gardens, and many other features - this is the only property I will stay in while in Atlanta. Southern charm and hospitality is embodied by the staff here. I am a forever fan!
