Family Stay.
My family had one of the best stay with Cordis Auckland. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The valet team was amazing. We had such a great experience staying here.

Hotel is fine. Attached restaurant is great.
Hotel is decent. But the bar/restaurant called Our Land is great. Amazing food. Great services. Nice patio with heaters. Myra was our server and she was just lovely and so friendly. Definitely made a lasting impression. Would love to come back and have her as our server again!

One night experience Authority is not perfect enough, but I was thinking about the comeback again shortly
It is a business trip, but I really enjoy a nice spend with them, waitress and the receptionist in the car ParkMate has a good quality

Great hotel.
Apart from 4am fire drill was a very nice stay. Fantastic staff. Very comfortable bed. Nice and dark and quiet room. Will come again. Thankyou

Old Rooms
We were not happy with this hotel. The pictures they show you are the new addition not the older rooms like we stayed in. The older rooms a large but really need an upgrade. And they need to clean the A/C vents. I asked them three times if they could clean the hallway but was ignored. Everyone was nice, but the hotel really needs help. The 14% guest service fee seems a little steep. Needless to say, we won't be going back. The free shuttle to the city center is nice, but you're better off just staying down there.
