Home away from home
I stayed for 10 nights as one of the delegates of 2026 Special Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in Auckland. From reservation until departure, this hotel has been a home away from home from me. The food, the service and the room itself are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all of the staffs, especially those in Eight Restaurant. Special mention would be to Annie, the chef in egg station, who is very friendly and cooked excellently for us.

Hotel Stay
Stayed there to see fireworks was awesome experience.I would say that there would not be nice view than that.Totally recommended to people in future.

High tea experience
The staffs who received us for the high tea were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Kristy, Yovil and Jenry, the manager greeted us with a big smile and were very attentive to us until the end of our meal. The tea and food we had was delicious. The high tea service went really well overall.
