Cordis Auckland is an excellent choice
I always enjoy the Cordis Auckland. Lovely rooms, excellent service and the bed is so comfy. The 3 different restaurants offer different dining options and all are affordable and great value. I will choose to stay here every time. The pool gets rather packed but they do have adult only times when it’s not so busy.

Chill out Zone
Again we spent the weekend in the hotel, no need to venture out. As Aucklanders we enjoyed being able to just hang there for the weekend. Everything we needed was right there. Our requests were no trouble for the team. Awesome and friendly staff. I like the way that your housekeeping team greet you and say hello when you pass them in the corridor. Service throughout was awesome. Love the package deals, we'll be back

The best service we have had, it’s a must stay for family’s
We had an amazing stay at the Cordis, from the moment we arrived to the end everything was fantastic. Anne and Michelle on level 14 were amazing, they made us feel so welcome and Anne took special care of our son who was with us. The room was lovely, the special touches were amazing and even the shuttle service was an added extra that was just perfect. The breakfast was lovely to the afternoon treats on level 14 (this service came with the room we booked as an extra, it is well worth it - I’d highly recommend it) to the canapés and drinks also on level 14. The pool on the roof was lovely and warm, great for kids and they have adult hours only as well which was nice. If we had any issues we only had to call reception and it was taken care of. There were activities for our son to do like candy floss in the foyer and also a scavenger hunt. All the ice cream he could eat as well, the shuttle service right into the city centre was such a great bonus and it picked you up (timetable at the hotel) we visited many places but in all honestly my sons favourite place was the swimming pool and level 14. I can only say what we experienced and that was actual people who must love what they do. Well done Cordis you have stolen our hearts and will see you again in the future x
