Breakfast 5 star very excellent
Loved our stay at Cordis great facilities with breakfast that is outstanding (will definitely be back again for buffet breakfast with excellent options) however just a small let down family room quite small & for 2 adults & 2 children having only double beds was a little uncomfortable for size however beds where very good quality.

The check‑in process was exceptionally friendly, fast, and professional. My room was spotless and very comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and delicious, with gluten‑free options available. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Weekend flying visit
Had a quick trip to Auckland to attend a show and booked for one night. Service was exceptional and even received a room upgrade on check in. The candy floss machine in reception on arrival was a delightful surprise! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well appointed. We used the self check out kiosk the next morning as the reception desk was very busy but found it very easy to use. This is my second stay her and I will definitely book again.

Great for families - excellent service by Brent in Concierge.
Beautiful hotel. Stayed as a family in the Pinnacle tower. Grand lobby, great facilities and beautifully furnished/modern rooms. Buffet breakfast had excellent variety and catered to all. The mickey mouse pancakes were a hit with my children. Special call out to Brent in Concierge for his excellent service. We used the valet car parking service during our entire 5 night stay and he was always helpful, friendly and remembered us by name. If there is room for improvement: - Pool is a bit small for a hotel of its size. - The bond/deposit arrangement is very confusing. We paid $400 bond, but were not able to use this for room service, at the restaurant, etc. When we first checked in we were told the $400 was for incidentals (incl room service and restaurant), only to be told each time we were at the restaurant or ordered room service that we would need to pay separately upfront. Almost defeats the purpose of this bond. They also had our card on file as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again in the future.

Very disappointing stay, zero service.
After checking in and having to report the room wasn't ready more than 6 times it got beyond a joke. Our beds were then made at 22.30!!! The rest of the room was never set up and the apology drinks / snacks that were offered never arrived. I had stayed here once before and I thought it was exceptional, but this time was way below any hotel standards, I've had better service at campsites. Very disappointed and reported to management who also haven't called me back.
