Food is average, not great. Shower was dirty and water pressure to shower is nonexistent & sub-standard for a hotel. Really poor check in time. Breakfast dining area not clean.

Had a great stay at cordis hotel in Auckland staff were very friendly and accommodating food was excellent service was prompt and professional lovely room with a great view. Made to feel welcomed always

My 8th or 10th time staying at this lovely hotel. Disappointed that SkyTV has gone and no mini bar, no hot chocolate option in the room. Two of the 3 usb charging ports didn’t work. The spa pool is what I really look forward to but it seemed tepid - not much warmer than the pool. And the pork belly bites were tough and dry. Not what I usually expect. Everything else was the usual wonderful. Staff are outstanding.
