I was given a room and asked to move out the next day, the rest of my group stayed in the same room. That was a negative. However The Eight Restaurant in the hotel and the staff was amazing. We had breakfast everyday of our stay. They made it special.

Great comfortable stay during a busy convention season

Stayed here for the 2025 Special Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was an unforgettable experience, yet the stay at Cordis made the busy week so much more enjoyable. Our stay was easy and comfortable, and the staff remained professional and friendly during a hectic time. I really appreciate that! The Eight restaurant had breakfast buffet that had everything (French toast was awesome) and somehow enough food to accommodate everyone. The other restaurants were delicious too (chandelier lounge had the best coffee-whisky drink). If we ever return to Auckland, I will be seriously considering this hotel again.

Another Pleasure at the Cordis

Once again our stay at the Cordis was excellent. They were dealing with 400x of us as part of a special 3-day event so it would be expected that it would feel busier and more issues might arise, but as always the staff and facilities excelled. Couldn't ask for more from an accommodation to accompany a city break.
