Old Rooms

We were not happy with this hotel. The pictures they show you are the new addition not the older rooms like we stayed in. The older rooms a large but really need an upgrade. And they need to clean the A/C vents. I asked them three times if they could clean the hallway but was ignored. Everyone was nice, but the hotel really needs help. The 14% guest service fee seems a little steep. Needless to say, we won't be going back. The free shuttle to the city center is nice, but you're better off just staying down there.

I’m a frequent visitor to Cordis hotel, and Molly has always taken amazing care of me and my team. She is one person, but she could make each member of a table of 20 feel special, we’re always happy to dine knowing a person like her would be present. Highly recommend Cordis, exceptional dining service.

Had a fantastic experience from the team at cordis who made my mum's birthday suprise extra special. I am beyond grateful to the team who took great care of us. Especially Molly at the Eight restaurant who was an absolute delight and made mums night and dinner memorable.

Our recent experience at the Cordis was brilliant. A special mention must go to the manager Sunny who was great and whose professionalism and leadership was truly reflected in the staff. I highly recommend the Cordis (and their high tea) to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.
