Excellent Guest experience service beyond expectations
I just want to say thank you and Acknowledge Romias for his excellent customer service. I needed an All Black Jersey for an event last night and he assisted me in purchasing and organising the delivery to my room... What an amazing young man.. Great Hospitality
The front desk lady was lovely and helped change our booking time when we were 15minutes late, also, Molly was an amazing waitress and looked after us all night.

Romantics package on anniversary
Overall we were pleased with our stay, however we just wish the staff paid more attention to our concerns and the missing romantics package champagne and dessert. At the restaurant website got overcharged, however the breakfast was amazing.

The only truly 5-star hotel in Auckland!
From the moment you arrive, you're warmly greeted by the porters, assisted out of your car, and your luggage is swiftly taken care of. The rooms are spotless and equipped with every amenity you could wish for. Breakfast at 8 Restaurant is an experience not to be missed. The heated pool and jacuzzi at the spa are our favorite places to unwind in the city. From arrival to departure, every moment feels truly special.

Wont go wrong
I have stayed at this property over 25 times in the past years and i have had some amazing times and service here. Stayed here both when it was Langham and since it was rebranded to Cordis. The level of service and protocols slightly vary but still fantastic. There are a lot of new hotels coming up in the city but this still is one of the best.
