Amazing for my bday
Amazing stay for my bday. Was treated with some extra touches in room. Brent the conseige person was the first friendly face I saw as I arrived. He went over and above and even gave me a bday kiss on my hand. Gorgeous service and felt very special - thank you Brent and Cordis

Pleasant Stay with Some Noise and Service Drawbacks
Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas for improvement. My room was located above a bus stop, and despite double-glazed windows, bus noise at night and early morning affected my sleep. The pillows were all very soft and flat, and housekeeping arrived after 4:00 pm even though I had requested service earlier.

A Five Star Stay
One of the best hotel stays we have had in NZ. The staff and service were exceptional and made everything easy and stress free. The food was also outstanding - fresh, tasty, beautifully presented and reasonably priced we had room service breakfast and dinner twice at the hotel. If you want to have High Tea make sure to book. The concierge was so helpful and the Chandelier lounge staff made us great coffees and cocktails. Will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding
My wife organised a romantic trip for my birthday and we ended up staying at the Cordis, Auckland over the valentine's day weekend. We stayed for 3 nights and we had a marvelous experience. From check in to check out including the valet car parking, the service was outstanding. Surprisingly we spend a lot of our time in the hotel room; the beds were super comfortable, pillow menu, fantastic room service food at a very reasonable price. And, again delivered, quickly and with a smile. The room was nice and quiet, a massive plus for us. Nice deep bath, lots of towels. I loved staying here and hope to be back soon. I can highly recommend the Cordid by Langham. A special shout out to Brent from valet parking. He epitomizes what service is all about. His kind of quality service is rarely seen in New Zealand. Thanks Brent! There is only one thing that needs improvement; the online menu. I had to go downstairs to get it work on my device (new Samsung) and one of our room service orders failed altogether. although it indicated it had gone through.

Fantastic Experience
Hotel is fantastic and the morning breakfast buffet and coffee has more than something for everyone with options across all styles of breakfast. We had a problem with our rental car and Brent and all the staff went above and beyond trying to assist. There will be be no hesitation on where we stay our next time in Auckland.
