An unforgettable honeymoon at Anantara Kihavah ❤️ We had the most incredible stay at Anantara Kihavah and genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better honeymoon. From the moment we were met at the airport, everything was completely seamless. The level of service and attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional — every little thing felt thoughtful and personal without ever feeling forced. A very special thank you to Zidhan, our villa host, who was absolutely wonderful. He had already arranged so much for us before we even arrived and was always one step ahead, making everything feel completely effortless. Having someone who genuinely cared about making our honeymoon special made such a difference. Another special mention has to go to Mohamed at Spice Restaurant. He was so warm, attentive and welcoming and really went out of his way to make our evenings there special. It’s these personal touches and the people behind the service that made the resort feel so special to us. The villa was beautiful, incredibly comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. But the highlight for us was undoubtedly the house reef. We loved being able to snorkel so easily and see so much marine life right on our doorstep — turtles, rays, sharks and an incredible variety of fish. For anyone who loves the ocean and snorkelling, Kihavah is truly something special. The whole island is beautiful, the food and restaurants were fantastic, and the service from every member of staff we encountered was consistently warm and attentive. We never felt like just another guest. We’ve come away with so many incredible memories and honestly feel that Kihavah was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. The best honeymoon ever, and somewhere we would absolutely love to return to. ❤️ A huge thank you to Zidhan, Mohamed and the entire Anantara Kihavah team for making our stay so unforgettable.

Our family spent six wonderful nights at Anantara Kihavah, and we were very lucky to have beautiful weather throughout our stay. Kihavah is a beautiful natural island with a wonderfully preserved environment. I especially loved the lush tropical vegetation and the excellent snorkeling around the island. During my snorkeling trips, I encountered three sea turtles in three different locations, which was such a delightful surprise and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. The staff throughout the resort were very professional, warm, and well trained. A special thanks goes to our villa host, Kiki, who was always incredibly responsive to our needs. Since our four-year-old daughter was not able to ride a bicycle on her own, we needed to use the buggy several times a day. Whenever we contacted Kiki, she would usually arrive to pick us up within five minutes, which made getting around the island very easy and convenient for our family. We were also very impressed by how friendly everyone was with our daughter. The staff at the restaurants, kids’ club, dive center, and photography team were all genuinely kind and welcoming to her. Their warmth and hospitality left our whole family with such wonderful memories of Kihavah. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for the resort to consider having a Chinese chef. I believe this could further enhance the dining experience for Chinese guests, particularly for families staying for several days. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday at Anantara Kihavah. The beautiful natural surroundings, excellent snorkeling, and warm, attentive service made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this resort, especially for families looking for a relaxing tropical getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first visit, and we paid close attention to every detail, having previously stayed at several other excellent resorts in the Maldives. We were travelling as a family with children, so our priorities were clear: plenty of engaging experiences for the children, a spectacular house reef, excellent food, and service of the highest standard. The hotel fully met our expectations in every respect. What deserves special recognition, however, is the extraordinary personal involvement of the hotel’s new General Manager. It was a genuine pleasure interacting with him. He went out of his way to show us the very best the resort had to offer, responded thoughtfully to every request, and did everything possible to make our stay truly special. When our son celebrated his birthday, the General Manager arranged a series of beautiful and thoughtful surprises that made the occasion genuinely unforgettable for our entire family. We are experienced and rather discerning travellers, so it is not easy to impress us. Yet his warmth, initiative, and attention to detail elevated our whole experience to another level. Luxury hotels need more leaders like him — people who transform excellent service into lasting memories. We would be delighted to return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Kihavah with my husband and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings, excellent restaurants, and exceptional food quality. What impressed us the most was the level of service. Every request was handled immediately, and the staff were always incredibly attentive and helpful. We felt that every little detail was taken into consideration, and all our wishes were fulfilled with genuine care. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. We would be very happy to return!

There are no words that can explain how amazing this resort is. The beauty of the Maldives needs no explanation but the resort and amenities are second to none. We stayed in an over water villa and enjoyed all the restaurants, the spa and multiple experiences including the spa, the manta and turtle snorkelling trips, dining on the beach and the drone photography and each and every one took our breath away. Sea is definitely worth multiple visits as the sea life varies at different times of the day, the theatre of teppanyaki at Fire is incredibly entertaining and whilst the food at Spice and Manzaru doesn’t disappoint either, the bar staff (Rahul and Champok) make the best cocktails to your taste with a fantastic smile to go with it. On that subject, the staff are a huge part of the experience and made our holiday extra special. Chef Daniel and Sugar run a tight ship…..nothing is too much trouble and both great guys. Our Villa host, Ifoo, was beyond attentive, super friendly and made everything happen just perfectly….a legend and now a true friend. The same quality runs through all staff though including Radio, Saad and Chelsea (Manzaru), Chef Noon (Spice), Amel (Sky Bar), Thas (Dive guide), Little Brother - Kuda-bah (think that’s the correct spelling for the gem in housekeeping), Chompi, Jon-Jun, Sukma, Sashi…..the list goes on and on. All amazing people that can never do enough for you! First class service….thank you 🙏🏻
