Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas

We spent the past few days at Anantara Kihavah, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The lagoon is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear turquoise water and breathtaking views. But what impressed us the most was our overwater villa. Unlike many modern resorts, the villa features a beautiful, classic design that feels elegant, grand, and timeless. We fell in love with it the moment we walked through the door. The location of the villa was also fantastic. It was incredibly convenient to swim directly from our villa to the nearby coral reef for snorkeling. Even when we didn’t feel like getting into the water, simply relaxing on the overwater net and watching eagle rays and little reef sharks swimming beneath our villa was such a unique and enjoyable experience. A very special thanks to our butler, Harnie. She has such a lovely personality and is incredibly patient, warm, and thoughtful. What we appreciated most was how she managed to be genuinely welcoming and attentive without ever being overwhelming. She always responded to our requests promptly, clearly, and efficiently, making everything feel effortless throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the photography session she arranged for us. To be honest, we initially expected just a few casual holiday pictures, but the final photos completely exceeded our expectations. They looked more like professional artistic portraits than ordinary vacation photos. It was such a pleasant surprise! One small suggestion for the resort: we would love to see Anantara Kihavah become more visible to Chinese travelers. Perhaps the resort could consider sharing more content on Chinese social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and Bilibili. Many Chinese travelers are already familiar with resorts like JOALI and Four Seasons, but we believe Anantara Kihavah deserves just as much attention. It is truly a hidden gem that more people should know about. Thank you to Harnie and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely treasure these beautiful memories!

The view and experience were so amazing! The housekeeper Piyal was really nice and replied on time.

We had a truly wonderful stay and left with such a warm and positive impression of the hotel. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and welcoming, but what made our experience really special was the amazing people who took care of us throughout our stay. A very special thank you the restaurants team: Reji, Sofia, Sukma, Aboo for their warm smiles, attentive service, and kindness. Always made us feel welcome and looked after, and every meal was a pleasure thanks to their wonderful attitude and attention to detail. Also very grateful to Sagar and Steve from the Skybar. The place is magical! We would also like to thank the sports club trainers: Mike, Coral, Sheela for their energy, professionalism, and encouragement. They created such a positive atmosphere and made the activities enjoyable for the whole family. Enjoyed muayithai class with Mike very much! And a very big thank you to the nannies and the entire Kids Club team: Zizi, Ayshe, Darima, Tini. Their patience, care, and genuine affection toward our younger daughter gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday as well. Our children loved spending time there. It is clear that the hotel has a wonderful team of people who truly care about their guests. Very grateful to Spa members Tini and Teepee, to Nicole for fun naturalist experience. Prem - caretaker of Nala Orchid is a beautiful soul and caring person. It was great to know him. Special thanks to our buttler Sulhia for her personal attention that made our stay memorable and felt like much more than just a hotel visit! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special. We will definitely remember this stay with a smile and would be very happy to come back!

My husband and I had a lovey and VERY relaxing visit. The snorkeling was amazing! Food was delicious. We had lunch AND dinner at the Sea restaurant and the experience was completely different from day to night. Do both if possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our Villa host was Piyal! Extremely friendly and helpful and attentive!!! Our luggage never arrived and Piyal was able to help track the bags and kept us informed. He also gifted us shirts and sarongs so that we had something to wear. Very kind. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.
