No idea how many stays we are at now - 30? Was back this last weekend, and when we walked in we were greeted with hugs. It truly is home. Jo and John take great care of everyone. But I want to post about the refurbished rooms. They are brilliant. Excellent design smart lighting, clean lines. A great improvement on already excellent rooms. I really enjoyed my recent stay at The Bryant Park Hotel! I was greeted so warmly by Jo (Josephine "Jo" Kinsella) the Guest Relations Manager at the front desk. After a long trip in it was nice to be welcomed and feel taken care of - she took time to find me a great room with a spectacular view of Bryant Park and the buildings surrounding it. The floor to ceiling windows capture amazing views of the city and create a special experience. I loved the room - bed was super comfortable, bathroom was huge and well equipped. Due to some renovations the door to the outdoor space wasn't available but overall the renovation work did not detract from my stay experience. I had breakfast and lunch at Koi at the hotel and enjoyed both meals. Everyone took great care of me. I saw Jo again at checkout and she checked in with me to make sure my experience was great. It was nice to have her as a friendly connection at the property! I highly recommend the hotel. Great location if you want to see two of the places I was going to - The New York Public Library and The Morgan Library. I will definitely stay there again.

Bryant Park is our first choice in New York, the best hotel, the best environment, the best wonderful amenities, the best service and the winning staff. This time we arrived in New York with the whole family. Our engagement with Bryant Park hotel began before we even arrived. The hotel staff wanted to know everything about our preferences in order to get the best out of their side for a wonderful vacation. We stayed in the DLV room (deluxe room with a view) and the junior suite. Both rooms have spectacular views of Bryant Park and the public library. Everything is clean and absolutely perfect. The Bryant Park staff were super supportive and helpful with all of our needs. We would like to thank Julio, Jo, John, Chris, Shannen (and sorry if I missed anyone) for the best amazing stay. A big thank and special appreciation to Julio. Thanks to your kindness, high level of service, human relations, professionalism and smile, you made our vacation unforgettable. Coming to NY for decades, this was our first time staying at The Bryant Park Hotel, and it was a treat. Every interaction (on the phone, email, and then in person) was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and they upgraded our room and surprised us with proseco and a balloon. Location is excellent- close to so much. Would have liked to have had a refrigerator in the room. Facing the park is a little noisy, but NY is noisy, and they provide earplugs and a sound machine. Will definitely look to stay here again.

My partner and I came here last month based purely on the reviews I read and after doing plenty of research for our NYC stay of 4 nights. What we found was the highlight of our month long trip around the world. We stayed in a junior suite on the 12th floor and the level of floor was perfect to get a Birds Eye view of the park from above. The room itself was newly renovated and a pure joy to stay in. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the attention to detail was obvious. We could not fault the room at all. A small breakfast of coffee and muffins is supplied each morning from about 7am which we took advantage of daily and it quickly became our morning routine. It was also an opportunity to meet and rub shoulders from other guests from all over the world. Our first night saw us at the bar on site and we enjoyed a few drinks on a Friday night listening to the resident DJ. Our last night, we ate at the Asian restaurant on site and it was sublime and the staff attentive and friendly. The staff at this hotel is why they are #1 on Tripadvisor (along with everything else) but it is the front of house that drives a hotel and John is a delight to meet and engage with. The GM here has the perfect balance of staff that compliments the hotel perfectly. Siobhan (GM) is to be congratulated and admired by her peers for what she has created, nurtured and developed. It’s such a pity i live in Sydney which is an eternity away otherwise I’d find an excuse to stay here every month. But I will be back to NYC one day and this hotel is the reason why. Well done team.
