We stayed in a newly renovated junior suite. First occupants since renovation. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and the rain shower had good water pressure. Jo at the front desk was warm and accommodating and made sure our stay was fantastic. We thank you Jo for your kindness warmth and hospitality and for a little history of the building. We will be back and we hope Jo is there to greet us.

We booked a block of rooms for an extended business engagement with various people coming in and out of NYC on different days. The hotel was very accommodating with our room requests. The staff was excellent - particularly Ray at concierge and Jo Kinsella at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

great location, across from Bryant Park and good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend if visiting Times Square and if you are on a business trip. Shout out to Larry the house man at front door for taking care of me during the trip. Only drawback for me is that the hotel bar isnt as ‘lively’ as others I’ve been to during the work week but still a nice place to unwind after a day at the office.

OMG! As close to perfection as we've experienced in ANY hotel. Besides the aesthetically pleasing exterior of the building and the perfect location for exploring all of Manhattan, next to public transportation, walking distance to top attractions and food. Our stay started with a warm welcome from the front desk staff, AND THEN...when we entered our room we discovered balloons, a chilled bottle of Prosecco, and a HAND WRITTEN NOTE (thanks JO!) acknowledging the reason for our celebratory visit to NYC. Each day we were greeted with smiles and offers of assistance and we came and went. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Bryant Park Hotel and will definitely stay here on our next trip to "The Big Apple."

Wow! What a phenomenal hotel right on Bryant Park. Recently renovated with beautiful, modern rooms. The hotel speaks for itself but the hospitality made our stay so special. Jo, at the front desk was especially kind and hospitable. She was always eager to help and made us feel like we were her only customers. If you are looking for a 5 star experience right on Bryant Park…this is your place!
