Spent a day here for business and enjoyed the clean spacious room and the lovely scenery. The service was professional but could be better. Nice balcony with ocean view. This is a typical Miami beach hotel where most of the time should be spent at the beach. The food was good and the restaurants around offer variety of styles.

The room was very clean, nice, big, and has a great shower, The porch was nice with a great ocean breeze coming in, The service was great, they were very accommodating on the Shabbat for us which is a big plus.

I have tried to be the most fair I can in this review. I’m not a real frequent reviewer but there are times where one is needed to hopefully help others out there. We booked at a two bedroom suite and first off the room is way smaller than they make it look. It’s a real tight fit. The hotel was apparently booked to capacity but it didn’t seem like they were even interested in our disappointment. We have a flickering light when you walk into our room. To add to this we had NO hot water for bathing our kids and for showering ourselves. We called to complain and someone did come up within about 30-45 minutes to Check and miraculously while he was here there was some hot water. The bathtub that is also a shower: the shower head has a broken hose and water sprays everywhere in the bathroom (we didn’t know until after the tech left to tell him). Now I assure you after having my wife and kids feel the water firsthand, the water was luke warm at best. Okay, so the tech leaves and guess what, I try and shower and no hot water. My wife showered later that night and no hot water. Slightly higher than warm temperature. Not satisfying for a shower especially in a hotel!! We have asked for a manager to reach out since the beginning and nothing as of yet. We are stuck here for next few days and are hoping things will turn around. Carpet has little stains in many places. Not the biggest deal just makes it feel less nice. The only positive for us: beds are comfortable and location of hotel is great. I’d think twice before spending the type of money this hotel costs. Maybe we just got a bad room. (3rd floor, “sunset view”, 2 bedroom suite). Definitely not worth even half the money we spent.

I will start by saying that I made my reservation using booking.com and we have no idea how the reservation got canceled the day of my arrival it took me 2 hours to check in and I pass on the attitude of the check in hostess. the suites are ok the living space takes a big part of the room so the bed part is quite small. the AC in in the closet so if you want to sleep you need to turn it off otherwise is too loud, same problem with the big fridge in the room that is completely empty. the only other remark is that there's no turn down service which is a shame as its nice to go back to a clean and tidy room after a nice party. i suggest not to pay for breakfast but use the mall coffee corner in the hotel as the waitress is very nice and kind and it will cost half. valet is super expensive so be careful.

First this is our first stay at this hotel... for the price you pay I find it was not worth it ...here are some pros and cons Pros: Great location to bal harbour Beautiful lobby Big rooms Bell boys very nice Room service food is good ans generous portions Big fridge in the room Nice balcony Cons: Basic room with not pool/beach view is depressing and dark Rooms look like carpet has never been vaccumed Pillows are not comfy at all and the beds are not the best...probably some of the worst hotel beds I have slept in Bathrooms sinks are old and dirty Hair everywhere in the room / broken glass on the carpet Managers are rude and will come back to tell my story Kitchen closes at 10:30pm(????) 100$ fee per day for chairs and towels So hard to get a hold of housekeeping/room service Here is our story: We asked to be upgraded to a nice room ,we have a bahy sow anted quiet room. We came to the room at around 12am and went to bed ...everytime the A/C turned on this really loud noise u can hear in the room bc of it ... at 2:30am after finally giving up on trying to fall asleep with the loud noise I weny downstairs to ask to move rooms ; which they did by saying sorry we couldnt know...now moving with a 1year old who was also sick in the middle of the night is not easy as you can imagine. The manager on call siad sorry and moved our room... any other hotel would have offered something for the trouble they put us through... we moved to another room in which we remained for the rest of the stay where we had the same problem ... we ended up just not using the A/C in the night which you can imagine its not very pleasant and also not what you pay for. They never touched base with us to check up ok us ... all this to say that they should maybe re-think some things... we wouldnt stay here again. They dont want guests to come back I think! Well we probably won't unless something is rectified !
