Exceptional service from door to door! Every staff member from reception, bellman, and beach side service was great incredible. The hotel offers a tranquil escape from busy Miami, with crystal blue water and luxuriously appointed rooms. We loved our stay!

Me and my family went to the beach and received quality service from Cedrick. If you go to the beach on Bal Harbor request Cedrick to be taken care of with 5 star treatment. He is willing to go above and beyond for those he is serving

Beach service was outstanding from start to finish. Resort staff gave us friendly greetings, most notably our host, Cedrick who was attentive to my party's needs. He swiftly set up our umbrellas, chairs, tables and offered water. Food was great and everyone felt very relaxed, enjoying every second. Overall, I had 5 star experience and will recommend to others.

Outstanding customer service! We recently booked at the St. Regis, where we have stayed many times before, but decided to cancel based on their recent poor reviews. We opted to try the Ritz, which exceeded our expectations! The customer service was exceptional, from the drive up to the building, greeted by the front desk, and each hotel employee remembered us and greeted us in the Ritz manner. The room was wonderful, exceptionally clean, and refreshed very well each day, not just make the bed and leave. The restaurant staff were great, and always went out of their way to make us feel special (thank you Sharon). We needed maintenance help o get in our safe, and he came up in less than 5 mins, was incredibly helpful. This is the hotel we will come back to for our Miami visits. While we didn’t have time to use the pool or beach, it looked great as well. We are sorry to leave but will be back soon. Thank you to the Ritz staff.
