Reviews for Amanusa
It was not expected that we would go but my partner was sick while we were in Indonesia so it was necessary to stay near the hospital. As always the whole staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms are large and the food great. thank you

Unfortunately we were only there for one day & night but it was glorious! The view from the lobby, overlooking the golf course and the beach along the horizon, as well as the pool below, is breathtaking! As in all Aman Resorts, the service, the rooms and the grounds are perfect!!

Spacious and elegant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic, huge pool with amazing clarity . Beach club very comfortable with excellent service & food. Thankyou to all for a wonderful stay.
This was our first stop at all 3 of the Aman properties in Bali, and we officially became Aman fans after our first hours at Amanusa! The manager Mishel met us as soon as we stepped out of our car, and took great care of us until the moment we left. The location is up on a hill above the sea and has beautiful views while eating or laying out. The pool is one of the largest and most stunning I have seen at a resort. They have a private beach club that you can be taken to by buggy. There are cabanas and staff with lunch and drinks. The beach was ok, but we preferred the pool. The food was great for both lunch and dinner. They have an Indonesian and and Italian restaurant. While the Italian was good, the Indonesian was amazing! Amanusa has the most selection of food of all the 3 Aman properties (although Amankila food is to die for as well). The staff is the highlight of the resort. They are aware of your every need, even before you are. Our wine glasses never got close to empty as we lounged around the pool (shout out to Yuli and Asih for the amazing service!!). The first day my hamburger came with tomato despite me asking for it to be taken off. They were so apologetic and made sure there was not one thing in any of my meals I didn't like after that (the same cannot be said for Amandari). Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

This was our first time at an Aman property and boy were we impressed! The staff and the service are impeccable, second to none. The small number of villas makes it such that you receive personalized attention and everyone knows your name. Every detail of this property is stunning and well thought out. The pool is spectacular. I must say the beach is slightly disappointing in that it's tucked back from the actual water and there are young freshly planted palms slightly masking the view between the loungers and the water. Also, to no fault of Amanusa, there are construction cranes in the overall views which taint the beauty of the surroundings. But, what can you do, the area is thriving! Nusa Dua as an area primarily consists of hotels. It is indeed relaxing but other than that, there's not a ton happening. We did do a day catamaran cruise to the islands which frankly I do NOT recommend as the sea and surroundings were dirty and we would have preferred to just spend the day at the hotel! We did love BumBu Bali, a local restaurant with delicious flavors of Bali! I should also mention that we travelled with our toddler and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating to him. It really made us realize that the experience is in the details: personal attention, delicious breakfasts, rides into town and back, amazing airport pick up, always a friendly smile and warm greeting, all included in the nightly rate. No nickel and dining, no up sells, no fuss. Also, we loved the fact that you didn't need to sign anything each time you ate, etc. they just tallied it on their end and presented us with a final bill. Overall, one of the finest stars ever to relax, unplug and unwind in Bali!
