We had an unforgettable stay at Umana Bali Resort in Indonesia. The villa was stunning—spacious, with a private pool, Jacuzzi, and a huge bathroom with a soaking tub. The cliffside ocean view was simply breathtaking. The staff elevated the entire experience. Geetha, our hostess, was friendly, attentive, and remembered not just our names but our preferences—making every meal feel special. Dharma, our butler, was incredible—he organized our entire itinerary, inside and outside the resort, arranged drivers for excursions, and kept in touch via WhatsApp, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Kadek, our waiter, went out of his way to help after I hurt my back on an excursion—he brought a pillow to breakfast so I could sit comfortably. And Taufan, the manager, was wonderfully friendly—he elevated our dining experiences by sending special dishes to try, even when we didn’t ask. What truly stood out was how the whole team anticipated our needs. Umana Bali doesn’t just provide service—they provide care. We can’t recommend this resort enough. Hospitality here is truly top-tier!

I recently stayed at Umana Bali, LXR for three days and two nights, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is stunningly located, with beautiful grounds, luxurious villas, and a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. During my stay, I enjoyed dining at several of the hotel’s wonderful restaurants and visiting the beach bar — every meal and drink was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor. What truly made my trip unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from my butler Drama. He was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and responsive throughout my entire stay. He took care of every detail patiently, offered great suggestions, and always made sure I felt well taken care of. His professionalism and warm attitude elevated the whole experience to another level. I highly recommend Umana Bali, LXR to anyone looking for a luxury, peaceful, and memorable getaway in Bali. Absolutely flawless stay at Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts! The villa is incredibly spacious, the private pool and hot tub are incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The premium toiletries are top-notch, and the panoramic views are simply breathtaking. A huge shoutout to our butler Saya Darma—attentive, thoughtful and professional, he made our vacation truly perfect and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one week at the UMANA Bali. And what can I say, it was absolute outstanding. The Villa is extremely spacious, clean and the pool ist incredibly huge. The gardens around the Villas are beautiful and invite for a walk around the property (but buggies are always offered by the staff). The dining options are very diverse and everything is perfectly prepared. Especially the breakfast options are tremendous and I barely ate the same dish twice during the week, although I fell in love with the Indonesian and Balinese dishes. The spa and the gym are also very spacious and there are a lot of options to take care of yourself. A special shout out to the whole staff at the UMANA. They are always kind, helpful, with a good mood and we were always addressed by our names. Tofik, Nuka, Ngurah, Aldi, Dodi, Toti, Jaya, Talfan and of course to all I cannot remember the names of: Thank you for creating the best, most relaxing and enjoyable holiday we ever had!!!

Beautiful villas, amazing breakfasts, over-the-top staff. We decided before we departed that we definitely wanted to return.
