Umana is simply spectacular. Our villa was incredible and the surroundings were fabulous. But what makes the place special is the people. They were all very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The villa was very private and had a large bedroom, living room and dining area. The bathroom was enormous and had a fabulous tub, a large indoor shower and even an outdoor shower. The pool and hot tub are amazing and we made good use of them. We also enjoyed using the bluetooth speaker and frequently had our favourite tunes playing. We saw a couple of monkeys in other areas of the property but we never saw them in our villa. A few friendly geckos kept us company though. The food and drinks we had at Oliverra, Commune and the pool bar were all excellent with lots of variety. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities are top notch and my wife really enjoyed her facial there. We would like to thank our butler Darma, Agust, Ngurah, Agi, Lofan, Adiana, those whose names we forgot (sorry!) and the rest of the folks working on the property who helped make our stay so enjoyable! We were also touched by Indah giving us a personal send-off as we said goodbye to this amazing property. Lastly, special thanks to Nicolas who went above and beyond in making our stay so unforgettable and allowed us to enjoy Umana to its fullest. Would also like to mention that there was a wedding going on at the property during our stay. Umana handled things perfectly and other than brief fireworks we didn’t notice anything. Lastly, our Diamond member status was definitely taken into account.

From the moment we reached, we were greeted with warm smiles and greetings. The atmosphere was absolutely terrific; serene and welcoming. Villa was very spacious and clean, kudos to the housekeeping team! Just the sounds of nature, without a hint of the traffic sounds, makes the stay even more relaxing. With its amazing location in the southernmost part of Bali, the ocean view is simply breathtaking. Unwinding in the evening in the private pool and jacuzzi, truly makes it unforgettable.
