This resort was beyond our imagination. We knew our unit was going to have a private pool but couldn’t believe how large and gorgeous it would be. It was so fun being able to exit our bedroom directly into the pool. The entire unit was impressive, super clean, and comfortable. It felt like we were in a home not a hotel room. The service was incomparable all over the resort. We have to give a shout out to the restaurant team for breakfast. Not only was the food delicious with some amazing options, the chefs totally catered to us. We started chatting with them about food we love from our country and then during the remaining of our stay they made the foods we love! Pleasant surprise and high class treatment. We also got some massages at the spa and loved every minute. It’s a beautiful setting and the ladies were incredible that we went back for more. We were so bummed to leave but will definitely go back when we’re in Bali! Thank you Umana team!

We recently stayed at Umana Resort Bali to celebrate my birthday with my family, and although the experience began with a couple of hiccups, the team very quickly turned things around and made this trip incredibly memorable. A special thank-you to Agus, the Room Division Manager, who personally stepped in and ensured that everything was perfect for the rest of our stay. His attention, care, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience, and it meant even more given that we were celebrating a special occasion as a family. We also want to give huge praise to our butler, Darma, who was consistently friendly, thoughtful, and proactive. He went above and beyond , and consistently checked-in with us every single day. Breakfast was another highlight thanks to the wonderful staff. We had great conversations with Tofan, the restaurant manager. Lohan was also especially friendly and attentive. Both of them made our mornings a pleasure. We loved the spacious private villas, the elevated service, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. This is a resort where the staff truly care about your experience. If I had to mention anything minor, it would be that the breakfast area could feel a bit warm at times but that could have been because the weather was hotter than normal (closing the door or increasing the A/C may help). Also, for vegetarian guests or those with food allergies, it might be useful if Umana follows the lead of other hotels by adding short descriptions of the ingredients in each dish (there's a lot of Asian offerings and some of them were unfamiliar to us). Overall, Umana Resort Bali exceeded our expectations and gave us a birthday trip we’ll always remember. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, we can’t wait to return!

I stayed in the one-bedroom suite with an ocean view at Umana Bali, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience. The hospitality, the facilities, the food, the view, everything just came together perfectly. It felt like the kind of place where you can really switch off and enjoy every moment. I also want to give a special shoutout to Tara, who made sure my stay was amazing from start to finish. He was so kind and attentive, and it really made a difference. My absolute favourite part was the spa. If you’re staying here, please don’t skip it. I’d recommend at least a 2-hour massage. It was incredibly relaxing and definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The gym surprised me too. I loved the facilities, and the view while working out was just perfect. It made exercising feel enjoyable, which isn’t something I say often. Overall, everything at Umana Bali felt complete and thoughtfully done. It was completely worth it and truly a great staycation experience. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

We had the pleasure to stay 11 wonderful nights at Umana LXR Bali. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. The resort is amazing with beautiful luxurious villas, each with its own private infinity pool with outdoor whirlpool and great terrace. The staff were all excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very polite and always smiling. Special thanks go to Karen, our curator, she made our stay special. She was always there to help us, she was just amazing. At the restaurant the staff was helpful and always smiling. Special thanks go to Taufan, Lofan and all the others … I can’t name them all. Thank you all for making our vacation so special.
