As a Hilton Diamond member who has stayed at luxury hotels all over the world, I can genuinely say that Umana Bali is the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The villas are stunning, the food is extraordinary, and the spirit of Bali shines throughout the entire property — but what truly makes this place unforgettable is the people. Ary, Tara, Angely, Bonita, every curator, buggy driver, chef, housekeeping team member, security officer, spa therapist, restaurant staff member, and front gate attendant treated me with a level of kindness, warmth, sincerity, and genuine care that honestly moved me emotionally. This was not transactional luxury hospitality. This was human love, kindness, and connection. The handwritten notes, flowers, heartfelt surprises, warm hugs, beautiful conversations, incredible traditional Balinese desserts, and deeply thoughtful service made me feel truly seen, welcomed, and cared for. When the staff and management gathered together to hug me goodbye before my departure, I cried. That has never happened to me at any hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you for creating such a profoundly beautiful experience. I will carry the warmth of your hearts with me forever, and I already cannot wait to return one day with my husband and six children. A truly memorable experience for us at Umana LXR Bali. The rooms are simply breathtaking and the hospitality was unparalleled. I would like to thank Mr. Brian D’Souza for helping me plan my wife’s birthday here. He made sure that every activity of ours was specially tailored for us. What a humble Hotelier, with great attention to details. A special shoutout to Gian, our curator, for helping us out throughout. He makes your stay 10x better. This was our second stay (following last year), and once again, it was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like we were returning home. The care, warmth, and attention to detail are truly extraordinary. Our villa, complete with a private pool and heated jacuzzi, allowed us to enjoy both the sunny days and the magical evenings under the stars. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary during this visit, and the thoughtful surprises, such as a beautiful cake and special touches, made it unforgettable. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about creating meaningful moments for their guests. A special thanks to our curators, Bagus and Ary, for making our stay even more comfortable. One of our absolute highlights was Una Beach Club. The infinity pool is stunning, the atmosphere perfect, and the team is exceptional. A special thanks to Toti Suwisnu, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. Many thanks to Chef Nuka, Ngoah, and the entire Commune Restaurant team, including the manager and waiters, for consistently delivering exceptional quality and service. Overall, an unforgettable experience in every way. We will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely beautiful resort, exceptional staff. From our arrival to departure the staff was welcoming, attentive and engaging. Food was amazing. Definitely would recommend this resort.
