We had a wonderful stay at Umana Bali LXR. The villa is beautiful, clean and well‑maintained, with stunning surrounding views. Special thanks to our curator I Wayan Priya, he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. He assisted us with shuttle arrangements, beach club booking and answered all our travel questions patiently. His great service made our Bali trip much smoother. Breakfast has a nice variety of local Indonesian desserts and fresh juices. Overall it is a fantastic resort in the Uluwatu area, would definitely recommend for travellers.

Excellent experience ! Beautiful villa with amazing hospitality

Seven nights here and honestly it was top. The villas are gorgeous, big, properly private, with your own pool and the ocean in the distance. And the whole place is quiet, which in Bali is not a given. No queue at breakfast which is very rare, nobody rushing you anywhere. The staff are what makes it though. Everyone we dealt with was kind and genuinely helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Food and drinks were good all week, with enough variety to keep five people happy. Special thanks to Tofik, our curator. He made the holiday. Always one step ahead, always answered straight away, and looked after our family like it mattered to him.

Revised Translation (Curator) On the day I checked in, I mentioned that we are Diamond members and that it was my birthday. I also inquired about a late checkout since we had to leave for the airport at 4:00 PM, but I was told it couldn't be guaranteed (I asked both in person and via chat, and received the same answer). I understood, knowing it was peak season. Two days later, before checking out, I sent a chat message saying we were heading to the beach, would shower at Tapas, and then leave for the airport at 4:00 PM. Around 3:00 PM, after showering, I happened to run into the curator. He greeted me warmly and asked where we were heading after checkout. At that moment, I was deeply disappointed, and I'm still upset about it today. The curator, who wouldn't grant us even a single extra hour for late checkout, hadn't even read or remembered my message. This experience completely ruined my impression of the hotel.

We chose Umana Bali for our honeymoon, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The resort is stunning, with beautiful villas, exceptional facilities, breathtaking views, and remarkable attention to detail. Everything is maintained to the highest standard, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Taufan for taking such great care of us every morning at breakfast. We are also incredibly grateful to our curator, Galuh, who made sure everything throughout our stay was seamless and always found ways to make our honeymoon even more special. A heartfelt thank you as well to Mr. Brian for his generosity, kindness, and genuine care. Treating us to a wonderful dinner was a gesture we truly appreciated, and he always took the time to check in with us and ensure everything was perfect.
