LXR resort是我们巴厘岛旅行的最后一站，整趟旅程我们入住了四家奢华酒店，但这家是最令我满意的。 硬件方面：应该是重新装修过的设施，以前悦榕庄的底子，改造得非常现代化和智能化。房间内配备了泳池、冲浪泡池、智能马桶、蓝牙音箱、红酒柜，基本能覆盖入住间的所有需要。 服务方面：在酒店里遇到的每位人员都很友善，提供往返melasti海滩的汽车接送。到酒店各处设施的buggy响应也非常快。写得这么详细，因为发自内心对他们所有员工的感谢。 thanks again for our butler Bagus, he’s really patient and friendly. We spent 6 days at Umana Bali and got absolutely wonderful experience. The villa we lived was luxury, well-maintained and especially private and spacious. You can get into your private swimming pool and whirl pool directly from the living room or the bed room. You can see delicate design in every corner of the villa. The view is amazing from the villa, which is half ocean and half tropical and the chapel is closely located near the one we lived. The staff and the team is attentive, kind and passionate. Everyone you meet greets with great enthusiasm. Our curator and housekeeper made our stay easy and cozy. We took several meals at Commune and Oliverra besides everyday-breakfast . The breakfast is delicate and exquisite with buffet and a la carte. The food at the restaurants was tasty while reasonably priced. We also experienced facilities like the yoga course ,gym and beachfront service, which was also well served and in decent shape, making our stay not boring at all. The resort is absolutely incredible in every aspect, a total gem if you decide to live away from crowds and noise for some days. We are looking forward to coming back soon in the near future.

From the moment we arrived at UMANA Bali, we were enveloped in a tranquil and serene atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. The villa’s ambiance was the epitome of relaxation, not geared towards the party scene, which suited our desire for a peaceful retreat. The concierge team was a text away, always ready to assist us through WhatsApp, which added a layer of convenience to our stay. Their helpfulness was commendable, ensuring that our every need was met with promptness and efficiency. A highlight of our stay was the wine tasting and sunset cocktails, which were simply divine. The flavors and the experience were enhanced by the stunning backdrop of Bali’s picturesque sunsets. Our butler, Bagus, was the jewel in the crown of UMANA Bali’s impeccable service. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond were unparalleled. Bagus ensured we had a “very special” need taking care of and was constantly attuned to our needs, even on his days off. His dedication to guest satisfaction was truly remarkable. The villa itself was a haven of cleanliness and space, providing us with the perfect setting for relaxation. The inclusion of a Sonos Move speaker was a sophisticated touch that impressed us greatly. Although we had to request replenishments for water and coffee, the staff was quick to respond with ample supplies. While our stay was near perfect, there is room for improvement in the management of sewage water or septic tanks. We noticed an unpleasant odor near our pool area after using the toilet facilities. Additionally, a faster premium WiFi service would be a welcome enhancement. Despite these minor issues, our experience at UMANA Bali was nothing short of delightful. It was a place we found hard to leave after a blissful five-day stay. The team at UMANA Bali, especially Bagus, made sure our vacation was a memorable one. We look forward to returning to this slice of paradise in the future.

Umana Bali LXR resort has the utmost over the top services and accommodations. The villa was luxurious it was extremely spacious the design of the villa glass walls incorporated the outdoor natural lights and plants into the interior decor beautifully. Every room had a beautiful view of your private infinitely pool and Jacuzzi. Every detail in the villa was unbelievable. The resort common grounds did not disappoint. The main infinity pool the restaurants, the main lobby and conference room area was clean and maintenance daily. The staff was extremely kind we were always greeted with a smile and a bow. The Commune Restaurant food was delicious, beautifully decorated and the staff was wonderful. Each morning my family and I looked forward to be served by Ade, at breakfast, she would recommend things for us to do, she would joke and laugh with us. She remembers I like my tea with milk. Each morning she would put a smile on my face and say Good morning, here is your fresh milk, then smile and continued ...from the box. LOL... :) Our family went on a fishing excursion and we caught Tunas, we bought back to the resort and Chef Ngurah Putra made us a delicious tuna meal, grill fillets, sashimi, and tuna tartar. Chef Putra introduced my daughter to Bali's native fruit mangosteen on day 1, he explained the health benefits of the fruit. My daughter ate one everyday on our entire trip in Bali. Kadk and Mami these two ladies made sure our cups were never empty at the poolside. Excellent resort, highly recommend it for anyone, especially if you want to be pampered and unwind. It is fantastic experience to stay in Umana Bali. The villa is huge and well furnished. The staff is all kindly, but specially thanks to my curator Darma. Don't forget breakfast and main pool. If possible, I will recommend kechack dance in Melasti. Hotel buggy car will send and pick up you from your villa to show. (7-8 min)
