My wife and I visited Bali and were truly impressed with COMO Uma Ubud. I would like to start off by saying this place is incredible. The room was immaculate and was in perfect shape every time we came back from an excursion. It's a very quiet resort with the only sounds you hear are the different birds chirping. Every single member of the staff is very friendly and call you by your name. A special thank you to Edi, who gave us some very good ideas on where to visit. To Murtini who always greeted us at breakfast and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. And also Silvi at the front desk who always asked me if I was "still tired" after a full day of adventures. These kind people were the ones we had the most interaction with, but like I said, every single person on the staff was kind and friendly. There are so many good things to say about this resort. We had one minor issue in the room and it was taken care of before we got back. The staff made sure everything was to our expectations. They also helped with changing reservations we had outside of the resort to a later time. If you want to be treated like family and royalty at the same time, you must book your vacation here.

What an amazing hotel - so very different from your regular hotel. Not the biggest hotel but just right. A great location just outside of the centre of Ubud , you can walk in to the centre or take the complementary shuttle. The rooms are lovely clean and large. The staff are so friendly and always addressed me by name, they really make this hotel a fabulous place to stay! I am going to come back

Amazing experience in a wonderful area of Ubud, Bali! This is a fantastic place in a lively neighborhood where you still feel secluded and peaceful. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly combines energy and tranquility, making the stay unforgettable. One of the main highlights of this area is the numerous walking paths. They allow you to enjoy nature and discover new, beautiful places every day. Walking along these trails is a real pleasure, thanks to the picturesque views and fresh air. Special mention goes to the restaurant, which impressed us with its cuisine. The dishes are incredibly delicious, prepared with care and fresh ingredients. Every meal turns into a true gastronomic delight. Overall, this place is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Ubud and enjoy both active and peaceful moments. We were thoroughly delighted and would gladly return here again.

Based on the countless other reviews for COMO Uma Ubud, there’s not much I can add. The warmth and level of genuine service you’ll receive from the staff here is some of the best you’ll experience. The property is lush, beautiful and located far enough from “downtown” Ubud (10 min on motorbike, a bit longer via a car) to make it feel exclusive, but close enough there’s no issue getting there or seeing other sights in the area. The rooms were spotlessly clean (I could hardly find a speck of dust anywhere) and well maintained. Despite there being a plethora of upscale hotels in Bali (especially in Ubud), it would be hard not to just come back to COMO on my next visit. What a special place!

We had the perfect stay. What stood out most was the service by the staff, and the most beautiful hotel room, pool and food. The pool was a perfect place to settle down for half a day in the shade with a book. Regular cold water topped up without even asking for it. Thank you to all staff at Como Uma Ubud
