We came here as a family of 3 with one 3 year old in May2024. From start to finish, the Conrad treated us very well as Hilton Diamond members. Our personalized concierge, Nanta, did a great job suggesting and facilitating different day trips around the island. The drivers were knowledgeable and were empowered to suggest changes to the itinerary when the traffic was too bad, or there was another way to improve our experience. The resort itself is well appointed, with some of the most intricate, large, and family friendly pools I've ever seen. The beach is small, but relatively unused by the guests so it wasn't an issue. Suku, the main Balinese restaurant served up many flavorful dishes that, were of a reasonable price. All in all, this is a very nice family oriented resort, that offers a degree of personalization that is good for families.

Our stay at Conrad Bali was a delightful blend of relaxation and celebration. Although five days felt too short, my husband's choice of this stunning resort for my birthday getaway was perfect. Having been to Bali before, we thoroughly enjoyed indulging in the resort's amenities. The breakfast spread was extensive, dinners were delicious, and the pool menu was a treat. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the beach, or indulging in spa sessions, every moment was rejuvenating. The staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive, with even the General Manager adding a personal touch to our experience during breakfast. We found ourselves missing the resort and its tranquil ambiance immediately after checking out. The spa, complete with sauna, steam room, and private pool, was a highlight, and getting around was hassle-free with Grab. No need to pre-book transfers – just Grab to the hotel! Additionally, the food pricing was reasonable, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

The Conrad Bali exceed all my expectations and they are surely one of the best! They make my holiday a wonderful memory for years to come! Nothing is ever too hard for them. Just ask what you need in WhatsApp’s and they will be helping you in no time! We stay most of time at the pool side and the pool boys are so wonderful and helping you anything that you need. Always some extra touch that make you feel special!

Incredible service and guest experience. There was nothing that the staff wouldn’t do. The rooms were incredibly clean. Only small suggestion is a pillow menu with some softer pillows on offer. The in house restaurant dining was top notch. Fantastic destination all round.

Stay here for 5 days. Had a great time also with the hotel’s activity program. Mr. Budi.. thank you for teaching us about tennis and aquarobic. You are the best coach!! Thank you for the warmest heart and your energy for 3 days lessons! BEESSST
