We were served by one of Conrad best Curator Nanta. He is able to arrange everything for us without us needing to worry. Breakfast selection were great, all staff very friendly and we get complimentary photoshoot. If you have young children, afraid not as they have Kura Kura Club where you can have them play all day long. Dining experience was also great. The only downfall is perhaps the mosquitoes. Even after applying repellent, we were still get bitten. Would strongly recommended for any familes with young children for a stay here

On arrival at the airport, unfortunately my luggage didn’t arrive ( delayed ). The hotel staff did their best to follow up with the airport and had it delivered to my room two days later. Not to mention that the hotel gave me a complimentary shirt and short.

This hotel us great, the staff are very nice, the morning buffet is delicious, and the environment and facilities are fabulous. I stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. Your room is cleaned daily and bottled water is replenished, if you run out just call for more from room service. Overall, had a lovely time.

The experience at Conrad Bali was unforgettable, not just because of the beautiful location, gorgeous accommodations, the fantastic food!! The Conrad service personnel who just went out of their way to make our stay even better, the personal service at the executive lounge (sorry guys, there were about a half dozen of you, and your name tags were so small). Every morning at Suku for breakfast, Abi was just phenomenal. He made our breakfast before our day trip go like clockwork, we were demanding, and he succeeded each time with his team every time. Thank you very much for your efforts to make our stay memorable

Conrad Bali was the ideal place to start our trip to the Far East. We spend a week in this wonderful hotel where we were pampered by the fantastic staff that work there. I must mention with flying colors Made Hariananta —better known as NANTA— he, with his amazing smile and personality, made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you Nanta. Our bedroom was spacious, very comfortable and well kept, with the beautiful view of the pools, gardens, and the Indian Ocean. The grounds of the hotel are meticulously kept with beautiful gardens. The swimming pools are fantastic to relax and get the services of delicious cocktails. I wish Conrad Bali would be closer so we could go more often.
