Hanging Gardens of Bali

I would give it 5 stars, but we had a very bad experience with the house keepers. Overall, we had a great experience at the resort, the environment, staff, food and amenities. However, I was a little disappointed with house keeping. My Anker usbc charger was missing and replaced with a generic usbc cord. My friends sun glasses went missing from another room. Another couple in another room had house keeping walked in the room while they were in the pool. Without consenting to start housekeeping or tell them they’ll come back, they knocked on the window and started cleaning. This all happened on the same day, which I assumed were the same house keeping crew. I contacted the reception and they asked the house keepers, but said they don’t see it. It was there when we left for the afternoon tea. When we got back that night, I noticed the charger cables were removed from the plug and placed inside the night stand. My Apple Watch cable was wrapped in a circle, my Anker usbc cord was missing and the usbc cord left was all neatly wrapped in replacement of my original cable. I contacted the staff but had to repetitively contact receptionist for update. At the end they just told me the house keepers didn’t ‘steal’ it. I would never expect this to happen at a high end resort. Even the friendly staffs told me during our stay to rest assure that the resort is safe and free of theft. We had a great experience and all staffs were very warming minus the house keeping services. We paid a lot a night trusting the safety of our stay to find disappointment with missing items in multiple rooms.

Amazing location. The hotel is totally my style as it combines great view in the jungle, all people there are super friendly welcoming and the rooms are of high quality!

Here you will find the perfect symbiosis of exclusive comfort and untouched nature. Conclusion We will definitely be back and recommend the anging Gardens Of Bli without exception. A resort that deserves top marks in all categories – a real gem!

Outstanding location, property and staff. Would go back tomorrow. Dea and Debby were great in the restaurant. Somewhat of a captive situation with evening meals, but not an issue as the restaurant does a great job. The area itself is stunning. The villas were beautiful and spaced in a way you didnt notice the adjacent villas or those below or above.

Very Beautiful Resort in the middle of the Nature . Entire Team is friendly and courteous. GM Mr Niclas Prokop has attention to detail and takes good care provides a personalized service. We stayed with kids and had few indian food options as well. We had a beautiful memories for life 💓
