A truly magical stay at an exceptional hotel. The breathtaking panoramic views and thoughtful housekeeping made every moment feel special and deeply relaxing. With heartfelt gratitude to Melvin, Desi, Sri, Mirah and Endik for their genuine care, beautiful hospitality, and constant support throughout our stay. The restaurant team added so much joy—Septi’s lovely afternoon tea, the warm smiles and service from the amazing Widya, Harie, Widi, Agung Adi, Purnama, and Agus, and the chef’s delicious creations made each meal unforgettable. Special thanks as well to trainee Ketut Bayu and every wonderful staff member. Everyone made us feel truly at home. A stay filled with warmth, care, and lovely memories highly recommended 👍

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They are extremely helpful. The rooms are so clean which shocked me as the hotel is in the jungle. The restaurant Three Elements was one of the biggest highlights. The breakfast is so good but the dinner is Michelin Star quality. You have to visit this hotel if you come here

We had a fabulous stay at Hanging Gardens of Bali, Ubud. The property is stunning, surrounded by lush green landscapes that make it feel truly serene and special. The funicular is a brilliant addition and makes getting around the property both convenient and a unique experience. The staff were extremely polite, warm, and always helpful — service was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was seamless and thoughtfully done. We will definitely be leaving a glowing review on TripAdvisor and highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Bali.

I literally just left the place and believe me when i say i wanted to stay more! I have traveled many many places and stayed in many hotels/resorts but this one will always have a special place to my heart as it is my honeymoon and everything needed to be perfect and it was!! I will not write how pretty the place is where you can see it in the pictures but i can tell you that the service, food and kindness of the staff is superb and had experienced nothing like it, personal thanks to my personal host, Panggih, for his exceptional efforts to make the stay as much comfortable as possible and believe me when I say that literally nothing I have asked for is not delivered and executed. I am very happy that I chose this place to stay in my first time in Bali and will definitely come back sooner than you think.
