The photos online are stunning, but nothing prepares you for how breathtaking it is in person. Pair that with the warmest, most culturally passionate hospitality we've ever experienced and this place is truly unforgettable. The service is on another level. My husband and I joked that the staff knew what we wanted before we did. For anyone with food allergies, this resort is a dream. They are meticulously attentive, accommodate special requests without hesitation, and bake fresh gluten-free bread daily in rotating flavors (the best I've ever had). The food is Michelin-worthy, a sentiment echoed by trained chefs we met on an excursion, and the portions are generous beyond belief. Come here. You will not be disappointed.

*Übersetzung 5/5 Sterne:* This hotel has won awards multiple times for good reason! We spent our honeymoon here and were spoiled with incredible surprises. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in such a warm and attentive way, and the entire hotel grounds were shown to us in detail. Our room was absolutely amazing: We had our own pool with a direct view into the open jungle – simply dreamy. The room was even cleaned twice a day - perfectly set up in the morning for the day ahead and lovingly prepared in the evening for bedtime. The service is truly unbelievable. No matter what we needed or what questions we had – every wish was fulfilled. Culinary-wise it was also an absolute highlight: The breakfast was really varied and generous, and the dinner as a multi-course menu was simply divine. A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay.
