Our stay at Hanging Gardens Bali was truly unforgettable. This is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful and special places we have experienced in Bali. My wife and I stayed here for a few days, and from the very beginning we were surrounded by an incredible level of care, warmth, and attention to detail. There is a wonderful feeling of home and comfort here, combined with an extraordinary sense of perfection and aesthetics. The quality of the materials, finishes, furniture, and every little detail in the room is simply breathtaking. You can see how much thought and passion has gone into creating this place. The staff were absolutely wonderful — incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. They were always happy to chat, help with anything we needed, and make us feel genuinely cared for. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. And the food… this deserves a separate mention. Everything we tried was absolutely incredible. Honestly, in our opinion, every dish was worthy of a Michelin star. The portions are generous, while the presentation is truly fine dining, with an incredible amount of attention paid to every detail. Every meal was not just delicious, but a real experience. Hanging Gardens Bali is one of those rare places that truly captures your heart. It is not simply a hotel — it is an experience that stays with you and quickly becomes one of your favorite places in Bali. We left with the feeling that a few days were simply not enough, and we are already looking forward to coming back. We cannot wait for our next stay at this wonderful place. ❤️

Our stay at Hanging Gardens of Bali was truly beyond anything we could have imagined. We chose this beautiful property to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it could not have been a more perfect place for such a special milestone. The property is absolutely breathtaking, but what made our experience truly unforgettable was the incredible staff and the care they put into every detail. From our private dinner at Segara Temple, to the floating breakfast, bike ride, sunset yoga, and couples massage, every experience was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. And the food throughout our stay was absolutely incredible — every meal was memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration feel incredibly personal and special. Hanging Gardens completely surpassed our expectations and gave us memories we will treasure for years to come. We loved every minute of our stay and sincerely hope to return to this very special place. ❤️

Hanging Gardens of Bali is one of those rare places where the setting, hospitality and experiences all come together in a truly memorable way. The location is extraordinary — dramatically set into the rainforest with breathtaking views across the valley. But what stayed with us most were the experiences that made the property feel deeply connected to its surroundings. The early morning bike ride through the rice fields was a highlight, especially with the beautiful mountain and volcano views in the distance. We also loved the walk down through the property to the river and then up to the temple — peaceful, atmospheric and a wonderful way to experience the landscape and spirit of the area. Afternoon tea at the spa café by the river was another enchanting moment. Surrounded by rainforest, with the sound of the water nearby, it felt wonderfully serene and intimate. Breakfast deserves special mention as well. The morning mezze plate was fantastic, and the pastries and baked goods were exceptional. The croissants were perfectly flaky and buttery — genuinely Parisian in quality. Even the smallest details were memorable, including the house-made seaweed-infused butter. That level of craftsmanship and attention is unusual and immediately noticeable. The food throughout our stay was consistently excellent, but what made the experience especially warm was the service. The staff were attentive without ever feeling intrusive, quickly learned our names, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Hanging Gardens is deservedly known for its remarkable architecture, pools and rainforest setting, but what impressed us just as much was the thoughtfulness behind the entire experience — the food, the excursions, the sense of place and, above all, the people. A very special few days in Bali, and a property we will remember for a long time.
