Beautiful Balinese hotel!
What a lovely stay we had at this gorgeous Balinese hotel! Beautiful architecture, wonderful staff, spacious room, yummy food (breakfast as well as dining)! Close to shops and restaurants too. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Beautiful Bali getaway
Gorgeous location, wonderful staff, all around fabulous time we had at Hotel Tugu! We loved our suite with a private pool and a koi pond running through the bathroom. Included in our stay was breakfast and fresh juices every morning. It was a great time!!

Excellent Hotel. Although everything about the hotel was exceptional. My biggest compliment is to the staff. They were genuinely lovely and so friendly. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. loved the fact the hotel was Balinese styled full of local cutrue and art. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms and service was great. Honestly could not fault it.

Good location & food
The location is really convenient, the cuisine is delicious, and the Japanese restaurant is also excellent. The staff is nice too. However, the water for the shower is extremely limited, and the room is leaking, also the position of the toilet in the lobby is inconvenient, and we were there for a few days when it was pouring. They also lack an umbrella. When we checked out, they gave us a souvenir. Thank you.

I feel privileged and blessed to have had the opportunity to experience Hotel Tugu Bail. It surpassed my dreams, my hopes and my idea of the perfect vacation. Beyond perfect! I don't think I'll ever encounter anything as exquisitely beautiful as the Hotel Tugu Bali experience. The staff is the best of the best!

Your hotel is truly unique - a wonderful museum of Balinese history & culture.
The Balinese food is as beautiful and diverse as the artwork and furniture in the hotel.
Our romantic dinner in the Bale Puputan, Royal Balinese dining room will be remembered forever!
Le Mayeur Suite was a palace for a king & queen!
However, the beauty of the buildings, the wonderful gardens & lily pond were all brought alive by the people too! The Tugu staff who were always smiling, always pleasant & always willing to serve!

Thank you for having been able to spend five marvelous days at Tugu Bali.
The first impression arriving at the hotel was over whelming! The generous entrance hall is impressive. The reception of your staff was a new experience for us and is a mirror of the excellent atmosphere and service. Instead of just standing at an anonymous reception desk waiting for check-in we were asked to sit down in a comfortable chair, were offered a drink, while friendly ladies did the formalities for us, Extraordinary!
We spent our holidays in harmony with Balinese culture and its beautiful island.
