We stayed here for about a week. The best part of the stay was the staff who were extremely warm and friendly. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel was undergoing renovation, so some places like gym was temporary. The spa was good for massage. We took the club room which came with several perks like drinks and cocktails. Overall a fun and relaxing experience for us.

Clean, attractive facilities, a beach that is cleaned daily, friendly and helpful staff, many pools, also for kids, food is good and the restaurants are accommodating. You want to stay in the club because it is quiet and a good deal with tea time, drinks etc. included.

Went there for New Year's vacation with our kids. I vividly remember staying at this resort hotel 20 years ago. At that time, Intercontinental Bali was THE best resort hotel in Bali. Therefore I was kind of disappointed upon checked-in at their huge lobby lounge. The place looks old and tired. We had a clean room located far away from the lobby. The most disappointing was they moved the coffee shop so far away from the main hotel buildings, and when it rains, we simply must use umbrellas and be prepare to get wet! They should have informed us (or in their website that their regular coffee shop is closed for renovation). Truly disappointing visit. Sorry we will never come back.

I stayed in Intercontinental for 2 days in December. This property is lovely situated at the Jimbaran beach but what takes this property a notch above is its staff service. Staff here is extremely warm and helpful. They will make you feel very special and that feeling you ll carry with you always. Pool area is quite fun and food is also good. Location wise as well its pretty convenient to reach and also has local market and some good cafe/retaurants nearby.

I bought a day pass which is around 20€ and you can use the pools,sunbeds/loungers,all of the facilities and get the food and drinks for those 20€ so you basically don't pay for entrance. It was a dream day. The biggest pool is enormous-23m. We got a sunbed right by the pool and it was amaaazing! You can order anything by lifting a flag and the staff will come and bring you anything you want. They are so nice. You also get like three towels and the beach is super close and really clean-the best beach i've ever been to! Also the bar is exeptional, right by the ocean and lit with lampions on the trees and they kept offering us free snacks. I also got a free 15min massage right by the pool. The best day i spent in Bali
