We stayed here in the duplex family suite for 3 nights towards the end of our trip to Bali. The beach was great , food and service by the pool was very good. We liked the location, a short walk away from local krishna Oleh Oleh and restaurants or a short cab ride to busier market areas.. prompt care vice by housekeeping staff when the sand from the beach had to be cleaned. The breakfast though crowded was managed well and we were usually seated after a few minutes of waiting.. plenty of food choices for vegetarians too.. A few points for improvement.. the sofa bed was quite fragile for our 12 year olds.. the room is spacious should have proper single beds for the kids. Also the sewer smell on first using the bathrooms after a while was w strong and needs to be rectified.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a concerning incident. While dining at the hotel's restaurant (Sunset Beach), I encountered severe discomfort afterward. I suffered from significant illness, including persistent vomiting and a high fever throughout the night, which greatly affected my stay. Seeking medical assistance, I visited the clinic at the hotel. While the medical staff was prompt in attending to my needs, I was taken aback by the medical charges. The bill amounted to 1.2 million IDR (approximately $80), which seemed quite steep considering that I was only provided with a few pills, not even a full pack of medication. Following this incident, I raised a complaint with the hotel management, but, I have not received any response. Given this experience, I feel it's important to share my concerns about the potential health risks at the restaurant and the unexpected high medical costs at the hotel clinic. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests.

Overall, the hotel's commitment to excellence, as demonstrated by the outstanding service from the concierge, sales, and banquet teams, made our gala dinner a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a memorable event in a luxurious setting

From the moment you set foot in this fantastic hotel your whole outlook on a holiday changes for ever. A truly magnificent property, with grounds, fountains, lovely beach front, and the rooms are lovely. Stayed in a club room as an Ambassador guest, which comes with benefits of Breakfast in a choice of 3 restaurants, Afternoon Tea, Cocktails in the club lounge or by the club pool all of which are served with the highest standards of service and the food is of a very high standard. The breakfast in this hotel has to be seen to be believed, where ever you come from, they have it covered. You can have Bacon and Eggs, Noodles, Beef Rendang, Sweet and Sour Chicken, absolutely fantastic spread. In the club Lounge you can have Eggs Benedict and such like, again, Fantastic. Club members get the use of the club pool, this is has easy access to beach, whilst if that's not your thing,, simply lay back and enjoy you steady supply of soft drinks or cocktails whilst laying in your Cabana. The Staff are simply the best, the gardeners, chefs, waiters, pool staff. all make this a Hotel from Paradise. As I stayed as an Ambassador in the Club wing, let me thank all the club staff from the bottom of my heart, you all made the holiday very special I look forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future
