Koi Pond Boat Experience
Did the Koi Pond boat experience. Hotel was clean & gorgeous. Staff was friendly and polite. Yoga assisted me and my friend with our videos. He was super helpful and nice. Highly recommended to visit for your experience!! 10/10

Bagas is amazing, he served us very well. He made us comfortable and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is so serene and calming. Exactly what my family and I needed to start our day.

Great hotel in Bali
We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon last year and were deeply impressed. This year, we returned for two nights and found the experience even better than before. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive—especially knowing that I was a returning guest, they all welcomed me back. On the 22nd, my birthday, the restaurant staff surprised me with a birthday cake during breakfast, and the front desk staff also wished me a happy birthday. It was all so wonderful. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bali.
