The good Only the location and stunning view of the ocean from the cliff The bad It's nothing like the false advertising photos The staff is not friendly, hospitable, polite nor professional The food menu is extremely limited The car drop off area is very cheap for a place of this expectation There is no staff to greet you upon arrival The potions are very small and super expensive Rumor has it that a lot of guests had their money / jewelry stolen from the beach and rooms. I guess the company that doesn't treat it's staff well would have unhappy customers and perhaps stolen items from guests too. We went later to the next door Cliff Resort and it was such a big difference there Beautiful drive way Man to open our car door and greet us with a big warm welcome Smiling and attentive humble staff Wonderful service Large potions Fair pricing Same stunning views It was full of customers whilst karma kandara was empty

My friend and I stayed here for one night. We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa. It was beautiful and we were very grateful but for the two of us, it was way to huge. Its a great option for 2 families or 3 couples sharing. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The amenities were lovely and fresh- i took a few home with me! The service was great and the pool is simply stunning. The spa isn't overpriced but its not open late. The breakfast is nice and has many options. The beach is amazing and the privacy of it make it worth the extra price tag for the rooms. Just make sure you book a cabana or chair or blue cushion asap, like literally when you check in. They are booked up and if you can't get one, you are left with just being on the sand. which is not that bad, but not as nice as the cushions or chairs.

The ocean view is great, hope I will get a chance to stay at the cliff front villa. The floor is always dusty, the rare occupied room (living room) has moldy smells. The housekeeper seems to miss a spot here and there.

Very expensive by Bali standards, but very luxurious too. Annoyingly we consistently had to call room service to replenish our coffee. Our requests were always dealt with politely and efficiently but we felt we shouldn't have had to ask more than once or twice. The beach is lovely and the ride down to it by travelator is fun. Can be a bit of a pain getting back up if there's a queue and on one occasion we chose to walk up a few hundred steps to avoid waiting but that's just a case of timing it right. The water can be a bit rough at high tide but great for snorkelling when the tide goes out a bit. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

Had a lovely three days two nights at Karma Kanadara. Was our first tri to Bali and found the resort breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were very polite, courteous and obliging. Would love to come back.
