Lush gardens beautiful relaxing resort

After 3 weeks touring Australia this was the perfect place to chill out and relax. The hotel is beautiful very calming and the staff are all amazing nothing is too much trouble always polite and happy to converse. The food was of good standards in all of the restaurants we ate in and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and good service. Our room was big with partial sea view with a big corner balcony. Towels changed daily , mineral water left everyday, fridge in the room was a bonus for cold drinks. Usual tea and coffee facilities and safe. We spent time by the pool and on the beach all amazing, good service on the beach and staff always professional. We were invited to the Full Moon Ceremony which we attended and took part it was a good cultural experience . All in all an awesome place to relax and chill out which is what we wanted if you’re looking for something a bit livelier you may find it a bit quiet in the evenings.

Enjoyable beachside holiday with Cultural inclusions

A more enjoyable than expected relaxing holiday made so by the wonderfully friendly staff who would go beyond their own responsibilities to ensure your happiness. In every different area of the hotel one could have a conversation with any staff. The restaurants were well organised and the food was well prepared and of a good standard and volume. One did not worry about leaving a restaurant still hungry. We were on a meals included package which limited some items from the menu, but the range available was still excellent. Our favourite eatery was "Tamarind" on the beach. The hotel is huge so that a walking tour was always interesting, with plenty of places to sit and chill, whether in the shade of the trees on the beach, one of the many bars, in the grassed garden areas or on one's own balcony. The rooms are traditional styled with lots of polished wood, also quite spacious. There is an easy money changing facility without fees and some quality shops; with the huge "Bali Collection" shopping complex about 20mins walk away. We were invited to attend the monthly Full Moon ceremony in the hotel's own temple which was an interesting cultural experience.

Nusa Dua Beach and Spa is such a fantastic place for a group of friends to stay, relax and enjoy life.

Nusa Dua Beach and Spa is such a fantastic place for a group of friends to stay, relax and enjoy life. We stayed between 23/5/24 - 30/5/24 and there were 5 couples (friends) who purchased a luxury escape deal (all inclusive meals and 3-6pm daily drinks). The place is fantastic with many themed nights, different restaurants and a great bar to relax and enjoy friends comp[any having a drink deal. The staff are very good from the reception and concierge, grounds maintenance, housekeeping (daily bed making and replenishment of bathroom products and water), the waiting staff and restaurant staff were always there trying to make your daily experience the best it was. We used the steam room daily and it was great getting into the ice cold plunge pool to start the day. Beautiful and big range of breakfast and great coffee was a highlight of our trip as was the Balinese themed nights with dancers etc. The spa was a bit pricey compared to what is offered outside the resort so we had daily massages at a fantastic place at Bali Collection called Queen Spa its defiantly worth going there. I cant say enough how great our trip was with the fantastic friends that we spent 7 great nights with. We visited Malini restaurant at Uluwatu, would not go to stay at this area as its for all the young ones. Definitely go back to Nusa Dua, away from the Hussle/Bustle and enjoyed life.

Favorite resort in Nusa Dua

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

This resort was incredible! We absolutely loved the breakfast and restaurant food, the friendly staff, and the beautiful landscaping/decor. It was one of the most affordable options in the area and was honestly our favorite over a more expensive resort that we stayed at later.
