Amazing stay
We have excellent stay at this beautiful hotel, all staff are lovely. The rooms was great, thank you for selected us as guest of the day. Thank you for the amazing cocktail party. special thank you to Front Office Manager Arini with her team Ratih , Indra , Fitri sales manager who assist us for culture tour. Will be back.

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Not enough adjectives to describe this location. Customer service is fantastic. Best I've experienced in a long time. Food is excellent. Club lounge is absolutely a plus if staying here. Would recommend to anybody looking for a touch of class.

The hotel is big and very beautiful . Very Nice People ,thé rooms are big and clean. Thé good is Well served. Beautiful swimming pool . You van dat in 3 different restaurants . We like the vieuws. Also Nice shops at the hotel .🍸if Bali was closer to Belgium we would come every year.

I stayed at the Bali Nusa day on 25th April - 9th may. The hotel is adequate, most of the staff are super friendly. However the service is particularly bad. For lunch you can be waiting anywhere up to an hour for a sandwich or before an order is taken. This is the same at the hotel lobby, it takes about 30 mins to get a cup of tea and cake from the open stand. There is a lack of entertainment in the evening, and just recycled performances which are held on a Monday and Wednesday. Given the amount of staff that are aimlessly walking about you would definitely expect better.

Wonderful
What a pleasant hotel, everyone is super friendly, both the staff and the workers. The gardens around the pools are so relaxing to spend time in. The food is super tasty. It is best to choose the all-in formula, then you have priority over bookings in the restaurants. We will definitely come back
