Our stay at Puri Wulandari Ubud was an experience we will remember for a very long time. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, elegant and beautifully considered. The setting is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by the lush beauty of Ubud, with spectacular views and an incredible sense of privacy and serenity, the resort offers a rare opportunity to completely slow down and enjoy the moment. There is something genuinely special about waking up here and taking in the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings. The food was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour and prepared with obvious passion and attention to detail. A special thank you to Made, the Executive Chef, for creating such memorable dining experiences. But what truly elevated our stay was the people. A heartfelt thank you to Made, the Resort Manager, whose warmth and attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would also like to thank Ani, Sarmini, Sepi, Chantika, Purnami, Pande, Eka and Surya for their kindness, professionalism and wonderful hospitality throughout our stay. A special mention to Dewa and Yanik, the bartender trainees. Your enthusiasm, warmth and genuine smiles were a pleasure to experience. You both contributed to the wonderful atmosphere and we wish you every success in your careers. And to everyone working behind the scenes, our sincere thanks. We know that creating an exceptional guest experience takes an entire team, and although we may not know everyone’s names, your dedication certainly did not go unnoticed. Please accept our apologies if we have missed anyone personally. What makes Puri Wulandari stand apart is that the luxury is not only in the beautiful surroundings. It is in the genuine Balinese hospitality, the attention to detail and the warmth of the people. Nothing felt forced; every interaction felt sincere and personal. For us, it was the perfect combination of exceptional cuisine, breathtaking surroundings, tranquillity, privacy and truly heartfelt service.
