About the Hotel

With an address like no other, The St. Regis Bali Resort brings barefoot sophistication and chic elegance to the soft, sandy beaches of Nusa Dua, the Garden of Bali. As the azure waters of the Indian Ocean gently meet the sandy beach running along the front of the resort, the sounds of the lush jungle behind fills the air, creating an atmosphere that is pure tropical paradise. The resortâ€(TM)s private gardens, pools, calm lagoon and exquisitely appointed suites and villas feel more like a decadent private residence than a resort. The St. Regis is utter refinement at home, in the lap of a luxurious natural paradise.

A Truly Wonderful Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Bali. The resort is beautiful, the beach is incredible, but what really made the difference was the people. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and left with beautiful memories. Thank you to the whole St. Regis Bali team — we would definitely love to come back!

So so so intimate and perfect

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The St. Regis Bali is a beautiful resort, but what really makes it special are the Balinese people. They are some of the most genuinely engaged, warm and hospitable people we have encountered anywhere. There is an energy here that is hard to describe until you experience it yourself. Two people in particular made our stay memorable. Sofyan, thank you for taking the time to walk us down to the beach and show us a wonderful path along the property. It was a simple gesture, but exactly the kind of personal attention that defines this hotel. And then there is Gede. Every morning at breakfast, we looked forward to seeing him, listening to his wonderful music, receiving a flower, and simply starting the day with his incredible energy. These are the small moments you remember long after you leave a hotel. The property itself is spectacular. Even when the resort is busy, it somehow never feels crowded or overwhelming. It remains intimate, peaceful and quiet. There are pools everywhere, beautiful grounds to explore, and plenty of places where you can disappear and feel like you have the resort to yourself. The food is top-notch. The brunch is incredible and absolutely worth experiencing. The fire show is fantastic and adds another dimension to the evenings. There is always something to discover, but nothing ever feels forced or hectic. Take a look at the pictures and you will understand why this place is so special. But the pictures only tell part of the story. The St. Regis Bali gets something very right: you can explore, eat incredibly well, enjoy the pools and beach, wander the grounds, and experience everything the resort has to offer without ever feeling hassled or rushed. It gives you the space to have a genuinely intimate vacation. Beautiful property. Exceptional food. Incredible hospitality. And most importantly, wonderful people who bring the entire experience to life.

Beautiful resort, wonderful service, and an amazing experience with kids

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We stayed at the St. Regis Nusa Dua for two nights with our two kids, and we absolutely loved our stay there. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, right from when you enter the lobby. The check-in process was very smooth. We had early check-in through Amex, so our room was ready at 12. Our room was amazing. The bathroom was gorgeous, all the amenities were great, and the beds were so comfortable. What we loved the most was the balcony outside. It was absolutely wonderful. We also loved ordering cappuccinos and hot chocolate to the room, and it was great that they were included as part of the whole experience. They came with delicious cookies, which we really loved. For kids, there’s a kids club, mainly for kids under 12, but they also have a PlayStation if you have older kids and a ping-pong table outside. Buggies will take you everywhere around the resort. Walking is not that bad, but I would recommend taking a buggy at least once so you can see all the grounds and know your way around. The spa is wonderful and gorgeous. We didn’t get a chance to use it, but it looked great. The gym also looked really nice. Downstairs, there’s a pool table by the ice cream shop, which is great because the kids can play pool and have a good time. At 6:15, don’t forget to go for the free champagne tasting and then head down to the fire dance. There are many restaurants on the property. We ate at Dulang, the Indonesian restaurant, where they had a set menu. The vegetarian food was a little to be desired and felt a little dry, but the whole experience was really good. They had two Balinese dances, which we absolutely loved. The lagoon pool was amazing, and the pools are warm, which was great. We could get those big floaties there. The main pool, the loungers around it, and the staff serving the loungers were all great. The canoes are included, so you don’t have to pay for them. When we were there, though, it was mostly high tide, so we couldn’t do them. In the morning, the beach was warm, nice, and clear. The sand was beautiful. It felt like being in the Caribbean. We rented the free bikes and tried them out. We went to the peninsula and came back. The breakfast was great. Make sure to give yourself enough time for breakfast because there’s a lot, and you can order anything you want. The welcome drink was amazing too. We loved anything and everything about the St. Regis. It’s probably one of the best places, or maybe the best place, we’ve ever stayed in terms of how beautiful the grounds are, the staff, the service, the food, and everything else.

Loved our experience here!! Our butlers Stella and Emily were incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout our stay. Really appreciated the warm and attentive Mandarin-speaking service from Emily, it was such a great help and made our stay even more comfortable! Everything exceeded our expectations. Especially loved the paddle yoga session in the morning, it was so much fun!! 100% would recommend this hotel to friends and would love to come back again!

What can I say! I had my wedding here on the 15 August at Cloud Nine! This was the single best experience I have ever had at a hotel! The wedding team made sure everything was perfect. We definitely used all the services, from PT at the gym to having a car organized! Sitting next to the beach bar was amazing! Wasn’t crowded, good service and just amazing! Kevin the butler was amazing! This hotel was 5/5. A big shout out to Giri at the St Regis bar! And finally- Dayu from the wedding planning team A big thank you! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!
