Wonderful experience
We had a fantastic time at St Regis Bali. The hotel, restaurants, grounds, facilities, beach and pools were all first class. But the best part was the incredible staff at the hotel, every single person made our stay into the best we have had anywhere.

Exceeded expectations
I don’t usually love larger hotels, but the staff at the St Regis made it feel like home. Everyone (and I mean everyone) knew my name from day 1, which I find to be pretty rare. My suite was gorgeous. The saltwater pool is beautiful and relatively quiet. The beach setup with umbrellas and towels is super nice. I did two of their day trips with a guide and loved the experiences they offered to North Bali and East Bali. The massage at the spa was amazing, highly recommend the coconut cream hair treatment. Beautiful common spaces and excellent choices for dining. A wonderful stay.

Value your money
I owe you a review for a year. We stayed here for celebrating my bf's bday. On the entire stay, we were fully enjoyed. The staff was amazing and professional! During check in, the guy was polite. Because I am the elite member, I could choose either bonus points or 30 mins spa, we chose the spa. After check in, we went to our suite, it was spacious and extraordinary. There's a balcony with not much view, it's no big deal. In the evening, there's a sabrage in the restaurant near the hotel lobby. We went there for a drink 🤣 We had buffet breakfast in the next morning. Imagine having lobster and foie gras and steak for breakfast 👻 It was unbelievable but it was real. I was entitled to check out at 4pm, so we got time to enjoy the swimming pool and the beach in the afternoon. The pool attendants were nice! Usually the pool was water with bleach. There's a pool with salt water 😂 At the end of the stay, we had our 30 mins spa, the spa attendants were professional, even my bf fell asleep and snoring 😂😂

Paradise in Bali
We had been trying to get to this resort prior to the pandemic and finally made it! It was amazing. A little long to get to, so a week was perfect. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool and the resort and room were just beautiful. The service was amazing and grounds immaculate. We are already talking about going back.

good hotel on a paradise island
despite problems when entering the hotel with our creditcards and some difficulties to handle , we had a good holiday . problems also with humidity and noise were helped out effectively !!! good hotel if you are in Bali
