About the Hotel

With an address like no other, The St. Regis Bali Resort brings barefoot sophistication and chic elegance to the soft, sandy beaches of Nusa Dua, the Garden of Bali. As the azure waters of the Indian Ocean gently meet the sandy beach running along the front of the resort, the sounds of the lush jungle behind fills the air, creating an atmosphere that is pure tropical paradise. The resortâ€(TM)s private gardens, pools, calm lagoon and exquisitely appointed suites and villas feel more like a decadent private residence than a resort. The St. Regis is utter refinement at home, in the lap of a luxurious natural paradise.

Reviews for The St. Regis Bali Resort

Best luxury hotel in the world!

We spent our 10th anniversary at The St. Regis Bali on 14 February 2026, Valentine’s Day, and it’s honestly one of those experiences that will stay with us for a long time. From the moment we arrived, there was a warmth that’s hard to put into words. It didn’t feel like just great service it felt genuine, heartfelt, and incredibly personal. Every small detail was taken care of so effortlessly that we were able to truly relax and just enjoy being together on such a special occasion. A special mention to the General Manager, Héctor Busto, who we had the pleasure of meeting. His kindness and passion really stood out, and you can feel how much pride he takes in his team. That same energy is reflected in every single staff member we interacted with they go above and beyond in a way that never feels forced. And I have to talk about the breakfast; it was simply world class. Not just in terms of variety and quality, but the whole experience. Each morning felt like a highlight in itself, something we genuinely looked forward to. What meant the most to us, though, was seeing how much our daughter loved it. When we got back home to Melbourne, our 8-year-old said this was the best hotel she has ever stayed in. That really stayed with us. We were actually planning to try somewhere new for our next Bali trip in July this year for her b'day and school holidays, but she was very clear—if we’re going back, it has to be The St. Regis. That made the decision easy for us. We’re so excited to be heading back to The St. Regis Bali again, twice in the same year and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. This place is truly special not just because it’s beautiful, but because of the incredible people who make it feel unforgettable. This is the best luxury hotel in Bali. CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK!

Excellent hotel, service, hospitality.

Fantastic experience, great hotel, staff, service. We travel frequently and have stayed at many SRH around the world, this hotel is right up there. It’s a gorgeous property, but the people make it even better. Friendly, hospitable, receptive, it was a pleasure from the first moment.

Perfect Luxury

Well, where do I start. This place is like something made of dreams. They have taken the meaning of luxury and amplified it. We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean Strand villa. This villa opens up onto the beach itself and includes its own beach loungers. The beach is pristine, and looking out of it from the terrace and during sunrise was like looking deeply into a masterpiece painting. It was stunning. The service at the beach was second to none. They set you up with water, fresh cold towels, aloe vera and a refreshing face mist. It is full service on the beach and I couldn't get enough of their young coconut! The freshwater pool at the beach has an in pool bar, so we enjoyed having drinks and snacks whilst immersed in the pool. Our villa was stunning. Extremely comfortable bedding, with a toilet that automatically opens, flushes and closes and a luxury bathroom like no other. The living room was beautiful and looked out onto the terrace and ocean too, just like our bedroom. The amenities were top quality and I bought some of the shampoo and conditioner from them to take home with me. Almost each day we found a little gift or note in our villa. And then there was the terrace. Oh, that terrace. Massive terrace with our own individual pool, outside shower, lawn, table, loungers and a beautiful pavilion. The grounds themselves were spectacular. beautifully managed and exceptionally lush and cozy. There is also a massive saltwater lagoon pool which takes lagoon pools to a new level of lagoon! There are swim up villas here too. During our stay, we dined at each of their restaurants and enjoyed every single one! The food was fantastic. We are both vegetarian and they bent over backwards to ensure we have ample choice and ensure that we were not relatively limited. They even cooked us special meals. The afternoon tea is on par with the Langham afternoon tea in London, and as it was included in our package, we indulged everyday! And then last but not in any way least, the staff. The best service, friendliest staff we have ever encountered at any hotel we have been to. They predicted our preferences and needs before we even knew we had them! And somehow the communication between staff worked like one seamless process. Everyone knew us by name and everyone knew what we liked! The butler service is perfect. Andi our butler, amongst others was second to none. And the staff at all the restaurants were incredible. There was a lady at the Gourmand Deli that I so enjoyed connecting with every day!! The staff here are beyond a doubt genuinely caring and aiming to make your stay perfect. And so they succeeded. They provide entertainment every evening in the form of a gorgeous fire dance and ritual. And the hotel is located perfectly in Nusa Dua with its own private beach. The hotel is clean and well managed to ultra luxury 5 star standards and above. It was worth every penny we spent. I will forever remember our stay here, like a beautiful, serene dream. I hope we can return soon as I don't believe there is anywhere in the world quite like it.

Bali is St Regis !

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Was told by the personable & excellent Butlers of the property that the hotel is a destination by itself - discerning people come TO St Regis Bali & not just Bali as a destination. Although the reception were not as warm as the others in interaction in comparison - the luxury property is a wonderful destination by itself, nested in a sprawling green manicured landscaped garden. Beautiful beaches and pleasant paths lined with botanical sights is suah a pleasure to behold. The rooms though aged - exudes like fine wine of age, luxurious spaces, soft comfy bedding and sizeable bathroom is a joy to be in this resort.

Great brief visit to the St Regis Bali

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I had an amazing time at the St Regis Bali. I stayed just for two nights but loved it. The hotel breakfast is the best I have ever had, and the Astor Brunch at Kayuputi was delicious. I visited Iridium Spa for a Thai massage that was amazing and arrived early to enjoy the sauna, steam room and vitale pools. Sabrage at the St Regis bar followed by the nightly fire dance was a lot of fun. Room service was delicious and efficient. I took advantage of the butler service for coffee deliveries to my room and for assistance in making plans. The beach was a highlight. The key is to go when the tide is high, which is the mornings. I did a sunrise swim that was amazing. The staff at the beach are so helpful. The service throughout was among the best I have ever had at a hotel. Everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. Even though I was only there a short stay, people remembered me. My suite was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the large soaking tub. Even though the hotel was close to full, nothing ever felt crowded. It was easy to get space at the beach. I booked via Amex and the benefits included complimentary airport transfers which were great. I loved my brief stay and hope to come back soon.
