Impiana Private Villas Seminyak (formerly known as The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa) is a private villa that is a world within a world. Four walls containing lush gardens, individual thatched roofed bungalows, all featuring the latest audio visual equipment and centered around a deep water swimming pool. Every one, two or three bedroom Villa has its own private swimming pool. We're located in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali's trendiest areas; walking distance to dozens of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet once within The Villas grounds that has 24 hour security, it is extremely quiet and private.

Luxury with a Balinese feel in heart of Seminyak
The villa met all of our expectations, private pool was a true blessing and worth the expense. The staff are exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made our stay truly special. I recommend Impiana to those wanting a perfect getaway for relaxation

Impiana Villas you have my heart!
Impiana you have my heart once again. Would not stay anywhere else.. Staff are amazing, villas are the best, beds & pillows so comfy. Pools are amazing. Food is perfection. I have stayed here close to 20 times and would go no where else. Ill be back xo

Great stay
Had a great stay. The villa was comfortable and clean, loved the privacy of a private villa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Mul each breakfast and Dean bringing the positive vibes on the buggy rides between reception and our villa. Definitely recommend.

I had an exceptional stay at Impiana Villas in Bali. From the moment I arrived, the staff offered warm, attentive service that made me feel completely at home. The villas themselves are beautifully designed—spacious, private, and immaculately maintained, with serene garden views and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. Every detail, from the in-room amenities to the private pool, reflected a thoughtful approach to comfort and relaxation. The breakfast was excellent and always served with a smile. It’s rare to find a place where service and accommodation both exceed expectations, but Impiana Villas truly delivered on both fronts.
